Joel Castaneda with Air Tech of Conroe came to do service call for air conditioner that quit working. He was very thorough, prompt, and courteous. He explained the ac problem very well to me and what is needed for repairs. Very pleased with technician Joel Castaneda Jr!!

I was very satisfied with Dustin. He was very knowledgeable & explaining a number of things that I had questions about. He went beyond his duties by pouring vinegar into my a/c line and changed batteries in my thermostat.

Isaac was knowledgeable and thorough and feel really good he came out and checked out everything, adjusted to get them into the right testing thresholds and even some maintenence that will save us thousands of dollars in the long haul, as long as we act accordingly to his recommendations of service! From the minute Dana pulled in my drive way I was greeted with a smile taking the time to see how I was doing and finding out the problem!,
He took time to listen to see what was going on then off to work!
he was very very thorough checking all the system out.
I have had people in the past look at the System they complain because they did not like my 5 zone Seville mini split systems!!! Not Dana he was very upbeat and happy to help in my book he did above and beyond what other have done!!!
from now own Dana will be the only one that will work on my system!!!!!

This is my second time using Air Tech of Conroe. We returned from being out of town to find our ac stopped working and the temp climbing quickly. I called Air Tech and the tech arrived under an hour. He dx and fixed our problem in less than 2 hours. Tech Dustin was friendly, explained everything and answered all our questions. Both our experiences with Air Tech has been really great and we can’t recommend them enough. Reasonably priced, fast and friendly!

Joel was so nice, and very good at explaining to me the way my hvac worked. He explained to me how some components can influence the humidity levels in my home which were of concern. Im glad he came because in just the short time he was here and the small adjustments he made my humidity dropped down 4%

But Dustin completely put my worries at ease with his professionalism, kindness, and practical understanding of how a poorly functioning HVAC system can affect the home. I recently had Air Tech of Conroe come out to inspect our air vents after a home remodel. The technician called ahead to let us know he would be arriving early, was very professional, thorough, and clean. He took detailed photos, explained everything clearly, and helped us understand our options. In the end, he advised that cleaning wasn’t necessary at this time — which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that’s so honest and professional. I’ll definitely be using them in the future when the time comes!

I purchased the protection plan with Air Tech Company. It includes the plumbing, the electricity, the HVAC in the AC. To have annual inspections done for all of the systems under the one Company at the one annual price, or the low monthly price. I found to be very reasonable.Dana was The HVAC and Ac tech that came out to my house for my annual inspection. he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He allowed me to make my own decision on what I wanted to do. He wasn’t pushy or just trying to make a sale. he even fixed quick minor repairs on the spot, like putting a cap on my filter that the builders did not place one on And anchor in in my thermostat that the builders did not anchor into my wall. with all of his knowledge and years experience, He picked up tips and tricks along the way, and shared those with Me to help me Maintain my AC system. I’m a single mother and I felt very safe with Dana in my home, Getting done what he needed to get done. I would hire Dana And I hope To work with him again.

I was referred by one of my neighbors of this company. Being a first time homeowner you’re always cautious of who you call & let me just say these guys did not disappoint! Very helpful did heck of a good job from Larry coming out at 10:30pm to check my unit out & Gregory & the young man spending over half a day to assure they did a perfect job! Larry has very nice communication skills. He talked to where we could understand what he was educating us on. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Larry was absolutely great and we a very pleased with the company over all. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Justin arrived at our home with a warm greetings and pleasant. He took time to explained what his activities was to carry out the inspection for our heating. Further explaining to us the findings - which was a good report. He spent a little time to explain about the filters too.
