I don't usually post reviews on anything, but this is an exception. Our HVAC tech Prescilla was the most professional representative for this company. Explained everything upfront, no sales pressure. We are Air Tech customers

We had a fantastic experience from the first meeting through the completion of the install. Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. Air Tech of Conroe technicians paid attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to very high standards. I can’t recommend this company enough. Dustin was transparent and extremely knowledgeable during the sales and scoping phase. Dana and Brett successfully led a great installation addressing all technical deficiencies left there by the last installer. It was not cheap but worth every penny given the tremendous amount of work and the quality of the finished product. I don’t have to worry about these systems for a very long time. Thank you guys for everything you did!

Dustin, is the reason that I was aware of Air Tech and he was great in selling me the air conditioning and heating systems. I can always count on him for any issue I may be experiencing. The team that works with Dustin kept everything very neat and answered my questions and concerns. Thank you!!

I found my air conditioner not working coming from work on Saturday. I called Airtech, Lerry came within 2 hours and fixed it. He was very respectful with his shoes( I don't wear shoes in side of home) and he also educated me with finding air filter and showed me how to change. I am extremely happy with his work.

I was having some concerns with my home HVAC, nothing serious but needed help on cataloging some future possible courses of action.

Beforehand, I conducted some research on some checks to my current system; however, I am no expert in the field of HVAC and needed some professional guidance. With these in mind, I contacted Air Tech of Conroe because of their consistent reputation, I was quickly put on their schedule and they dispatched a technician by the name of Dustin Taylor.

I dumped all of my concerns on him as soon as he arrived, and he patiently listened to all of them and went a step further by inviting me into the inspection process and explaining the results from the checks. He felt like an exceptional human-being, quelling my concerns and handling them graciously. He performed checks that I was unaware of and gave me some tips for future maintenance. After he was finished, he left me with a realistic expectation of my current system and reasonable options for expansion. This was what I needed: someone to care about my HVAC system and conduct a diligent evaluation, without rushing through the process to get to someone else or meet a business quota.

If you are concerned about your HVAC and need professional guidance on how to best care for it then I highly recommend Dustin Taylor. His service is exceptional, and I’ve nominated him as my go to HVAC contact.

Trey was our technician assigned to do a maintenance routine, he was very thorough and detailed makes sure to keep clean and explain what he found. He did a great job thank you!

Joel is an awesome tech. He's been twice now. Pleasant personality and a no nonsense approach. Willing to teach and show you not just get it done. Very informative, respectful and just all around a pretty nice individual. Will definitely recommend him specifically to anyone as well as request his service next time I am in need.

Update: had a new AC unit installed all around great experience Rory the sales guy walked us through all of our options and helped us pick the best fit for out home.

Installation team did an awesome job, they quick, attentive to our needs, fixed some issues I was aware of and asked solutions for. Im no expert but I could tell by looking at our old unit that it wasnt properly installed and only 2 years old. This new one looks like it belongs on a show room floor its very cleanly done organized and just overall put together well. Gregory Meza and his team did an awesome job. Would recommend.

Had Jesse O. as our service tech. I originally thought might be the capacitor or compressor on the HeatPump unit outside. Jesse did a complete check of the system and found the issue on a flow switch in the attic. He didn’t jump to conclusions, he performed at a 5 out 5 stars. Wouldn’t hesitate to request him for future service.

Dana was at my house to check out the furnaces before I start them up this winter. He explained why I see a lot of white fiber dust coming from the ac vents, although the outside ac units were installed just before I bought my house the air handling box and ducts were 20 years old and the air return ducts leaking as the insulation being black in those spots showed. He gave me 2 quotes, one for duct cleaning and one for duct replacement, and signed me up for a one year membership that reduces the cost of yearly maintenance on both heating and ac, visits spaced 6 months apart. I feel like I understand my 2 systems now, and that’s because Mr. Bierwirth did an excellent job of explaining my issues and choices. He was thorough and efficient and professional with good communication skills.

From start to finish, everything was impressive — professional service, fair pricing, friendly communication, and true expertise. Airtech made my appointment the same day, and kept me informed about the arrival of the technician. Larry, our technician, had over 20 years of experience, and worked tirelessly to find every issue and get our system running perfectly, evident in his attention to every detail. Larry also got us scheduled for our next appointment. Even after saying he was done, he kept double and triple checking everything to make sure it was right. After the work was completed I was emailed a full description of the work preformed including pictures and videos, if that is not clear and honest I don't know what is! Very honest, hardworking, and dedicated. My family and I couldn’t be happier with the service — highly recommend AirTech to anyone needing A/C repair or maintenance! *Larry thank you so much for your honesty people like you make our world beautiful. We plan on being a member of the Airtech Family a long long time. We truly feel blessed! A year ago we had another dishonesty company tell us our unit was beyond repair and quoted us just under 10K for a new system. Larry proved that to be total BS.

MC with Air Tech was awesome. Turned out my furnace wasn't working because the gas valve was off,. He could have just opened the valve and headed off to his next appointment, but instead he gave us a full system check up and spent the time to made sure we were aware of the condition of the unit. Great all around guy. Will definitely call in him again in the future.

Randy did an amazing job identifying the problems with our air conditioning, we were very impressed with the services we received today. He was very kind and informative.

Air Tech was the right place to go with HVAC needs. Anthony the technician that came to my home was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions that I had and very knowledgeable. Anthony took time to explain what he was doing. So that I had an understanding of what was going on and what the issue was. Thanks again Anthony for coming out and taking care of everything. I will be using Air Tech for all my HVAC repairs.

Larry did a fantastic job explaining what he saw and what all needed to be done. He came back the very next day with solutions and every available option to get the job done.

Aaron and his crew showed up on time, explained the job and every step that it required. Very professional, kept me updated with progress being made. At the end, he walked me through everything that was done while taking the time to point out everything. Very happy and satisfied with the work done by Larry, Aaron and his crew! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of AC/Heating work.

Greg, Joel and team did a great job installing our mini splits. They work late in to the evening more then a few night to ensure the job was completed and we were satisfied. I want to say thank you to Air Tech and team. Job well done.

My technician Dana B was friendly, respectful of my sleeping baby, and kind. he was very thorough in his work. He fixed my ac issues and informed me on the condition of my ac unit. He wasn’t a hard pressure sales guy and made me feel very comfortable. we opted in for the membership because it really was to good of a deal to pass up! I HIGHLY recommend this business and will request Dana if possible for my upcoming services. Thanks for timely response to my issue and for fixing it thoroughly. I also really appreciate the customer service from all the booking staff and really liked the curtesy call and photo of the technician prior to arrival. Also noted to add the non member price I was quoted for the work needed I felt was more than fair. 10/10

Dana was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on his services. I ended up paying nothing for the repair as I bought an annual maintenance pa page that was extremely reasonable and included this service call. In the end I received a much better solution that will give me piece of mind at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Dana and Air Tech of Conroe.
