Great customer service guys keep it up

Did not have any cilantro seeds in the garden department. But I did get the vitamin B12 in the pharmacy department. But I really wanted the cilantro seeds, but they were out of those seeds.

It's walmart. Most of the time they have what you need, or something close. Their sandwich/wing shop is good.

I'll probably visit again.

Scott from Emerald Yards is awesome. My yard has never looked so good. He's always on time and my yard looks the best it ever has.

They were very accommodating and pleasant to speak to. They did a great job on my lawn. I would definitely recommend Emerald Yards.

I tried Emerald yards a few weeks ago and I'm already starting to notice a big change on my grass it look green. After so many years trying new product I finally found one that works it killef my weeds with in a few days and my yard looks much better after a few weeks even my neighbors have noticed .

I pass this yard every day while doing my school bus route and always admire how amazing this mans lawn is if your looking for lawn care I’d definitely go with this company. He definitely knows how to have a beautiful lawn best looking lawn I have seen in the converse and surrounding areas.

UPDATE: To Mr. CEO of EMERALD YARDS, I did book the appt through YOUR website and I got an email acknowledging the request and then got another email confirming the appt. I would say maybe it was a technical error with your calendar, however someone did call me and gave me that "reschedule because of rain" line on the day of. So it sounds like someone on your end deleted the info but that's between you and your employees. I have the emails and the number I got the call from. See the attached. That is your company, right?
And you Sir, are looking at the wrong dates, my appt was Mar 11 not the 25th. This review was originally written several weeks ago on Mar 13th.

March 13, All these great reviews. I wish I had gotten the same service, actually I would have appreciated getting some kind of service at all at this point. My appointment was for Thursday at 12 noon to do spring cleanup, I got a call about 15 mins before noon saying they weren't going to make it because of forecasted rain (the forecast actually said rain around 10pm but ok) and they wouldn't be able to finish my yard in time. I asked if they could at least come by and give me an estimate since I hadn't gotten one yet, they said no and they would give me an estimate when they came by on Saturday to do the job. I didn't understand that but ok, I didn't argue. They were cancelling on me at the last minute because of rain (we didn't actually get a drop of rain that day) then why couldn't I get at least an estimate that day or Friday? Anyway, so here it is Saturday at 3pm and I still haven't heard from them. Oh, did I forget to mention that when they cancelled on me the wouldn't give me a time or a window as to when they would be showing up on Saturday? I felt like I was dealing with a cable company. I don't know who I was talking to when they called to reschedule but it was horrible customer service. I couldn't in good conscience give them my money even if they showed up right now. By the way I scheduled through their website so it's not like there was some kind of issue beforehand. Completely puzzled.

Scott and his team did a great job tilling, prepping and laying in our new sod. Scott is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Scott and his team are very easy to work with and they are quite accommodating. The team at Emerald Yards has been taking care of my lawn for about 4 years.

I had a scheduled appointment on April 8th or April 15th @ 12PM, and no one showed up. I waited, thinking someone from the business would contact me about the missed appointment, but that didn’t happen. So, I called, and spoke with Scott on April 24th and he said, “I can stop by today around 4:30PM.” I agreed with the time; it’s April 26th; and no one has shown up or called. I guess they’ve got enough business and mine isn’t wanted.

I read the owner’s comment and the reply isn’t true. I never received a quote. Had a received a quote, I would’ve hired them. That’s how interested I was in getting this project completed. By the way, you can’t tell me how pallets of sod is needed if no one came to view the property. Hmm…….

I had to switch from my former pest control company to Emerald Yards and I have NOT seen a single critter. They also did some stones and mulch around 2 trees and bushes and my yard looks beautiful. I love looking at my yard when pulling into the driveway which they also widened by adding cement tiles and I was amazed at how straight they were cut to accommodate my sprinklers. Emerald Yards takes care of any descrepencies that may arise until the job is done right and they are okay with customer input. I would recommed Emerald Yards to anyone looking for curb appeal. Oh yeah I also got the
porch area pressure washed and it looks so fresh and clean. The financing is great also!!!! I will continue to use their services in the future. CUDDOS TO EMERAL YARDS!

This guy has the best service in town! He is worth every dollar. He can even install a new sprinkler system for you! His pricing is very reasonable and everything looks spectacular when he is done. The package deals he offers are the best way to go.

I called the number on the website to schedule an estimate and lawn maintenance for the day, I spoke with a man named Scott, and he said the best way is to schedule on the calendar via the website. I selected a date and time slot (11 a.m.) and stayed home from work because I wanted to do a walk through and have a bi-weekly service done, but no one showed up. I called the website number, and Scott answered, saying someone would be there in an hour (no one showed up). Three hours later, I called the website number and no one answered. I understand busy business or even short staffing, but I made an appointment, and no one showed up, no calls, and that’s how business is done? I took off work for this because I read reviews thinking I could have a long standing lawn service reliable company. People need to go elsewhere for service, and get with a company that respects peoples time.

Emerald Lawns is definitely a five-star company. They did a fantastic job on my lawn. They sent two men to treat my yard both were very friendly. They spent two hours spraying all my weeds and putting granules down. Within two days all my weeds died. I'm even going to sign up for one of their maintenance programs. That's something I never do. They quoted me a price of $40 to cut and weed eat my yard. I have a huge lot the biggest lot in my subdivision.

My lawn is doing so much better than last year which I had a different company. Emerald put in mulch and put a border around the flower bed. They checked all of my sprinklers very satisfied.. Started beginning of year with the fertilizer and weed control looks great even with the heat.
