Constraction reviews in Coppell, Texas

They installed a new shower in my home in Flower Mound. The entire shower is literally falling apart and tiles are cracking. Entire shower needs to be pulled out and replaced. At first Joanne said they would fix it but 3 weeks later and numerous calls, texts and emails ZERO response. Nothing! Be very careful with these guys. I also paid a premium for what I thought was quality work. I will now have to have the work done by another company and go after them to be reimbursed. Really Bad

JoAnne was very helpful in helping us select just the right tile for our kitchen floor. Salvador is truly a perfectionist and does an incredible, meticulous job. We are looking forward to them redoing our bathroom floor next month. I definitely recommend them.

We needed the hearth on our fireplace undercut so we could continue our DIY installation of laminate flooring. Jo Anne met with us in the morning and sent someone out the very same afternoon to cut the stone on the fireplace. He got it done quickly and it was a fair price for such a small job. Jo Anne was very responsive even though it was a small project.

Marvelous job !! - They provided a fair estimate and timeline for my kitchen renovation. Completed the project and the workers were on time and professional

JoAnne Silva just finished a full remodel on our 1953 home. She did an amazing job.

She rewired the whole house and back house. New plumbing, gutted and redid the kitchen and added a new full bathroom.

We live in Highland Park where the inspectors are strict. JoAnne not only passed every inspection she has a good working relationship with the town and works well within the guidelines and rules.

JoAnne Silva is professional, honest and very talented. She has completed two big jobs for us and I will only work with her in the future.

I can not rate her high enough. I have recommend her to many of my friends and neighbors.

We used Flooring & Granite by Silvas to do our kitchen counters and fireplace hearth, and we could not be more pleased with the results! Jo Anne was extremely patient with us in helping us select a material, and in scheduling the templating and installation around our complicated renovation schedule. We will be using them again once we get to our bathrooms, and we would highly recommend them!

This is my second time using Flooring and Granite by Silva - the first being our master bath remodel. This time they helped completely transform our kitchen counters and backsplash. I was such a nervous wreck with the process and JoAnne came in and helped with every decision. We couldn't have done it without her! Can't wait to have them come back and re-do our final bathroom!

Jo Anne and crew were absolutely wonderful through the entire process of our bathroom remodel! I was in regular contact with Jo Anne who kept me posted and answered every question I had! This was my first remodel and they really made everything as stress free as possible with a wonderful final product! Already planning on doing our second bathroom with them! Cannot recommend enough!

This is the second time we have used Flooring and Granite by Silva! I seriously cannot thank them enough for the wonderful work they all put in! I love both my bathrooms, and both are AMAZING! The Masterbath, our most recent project, looks like a spa! They took an outdated and grubby bathroom and made it an absolute delight! I love these guys so much and plan on using them again for my next project! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Seriously, if you are on the fence, make the call it is SO worth it

Had a GREAT experience working with Jo Anne and her team! They installed quartz countertops with a 10” backsplash and windowsills. I was originally going to go with IKEA but then they completely screwed us over. Jo Anne quickly stepped in to save the day and worked with our budget to get us countertops within the week! Very quick, friendly and quality work. Will definitely recommend.

I contracted Jo Anne's company to upgrade the flooring of the entire house with high quality polished "marble-like" porcelain. The new floor looks amazing down to the details. Her team did a very professional job. Everyone that came to the house asks about the floor! They're probably the best in DFW for any kind of tile flooring. In addition, I had them remodeling the master bathroom, 2 guest bathrooms, and the half bath. Everything looks amazing. I also had them doing marble window sill and casing in all windows of the house, and it looks absolutely amazing! Working with Jo Anne was very pleasant, she was very responsive in spite of everyone’s busy schedule. All calls and messages were returned almost immediately. If you need quality work, I highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough positive things about this company and the people in it. First off Jo Anne the owner is just wonderful. She made sure that everything went smoothly from begin to end for the stack stone project in our living room. Her tile expert Salvador was not only fast, but the work he and his assist did turned out fantastic. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to my friends and relatives for all your granite counter top and tiling needs. Both my wife and I have been in and out of the granite and tile install, sales, and service industry for a combined 30 years. Trust me when I say you will be glad you chose them to do your next project.

I love my granite and especially love my backsplash. I had a look in mind and when Joanne showed me the tiles, the exact one I wanted, but could not find, was there.
I had a wonderful experience w/ the company. The work was excellent, everyone was professional and they do great work. There were a couple of snags ( to be expected w/ anyone) but they were dealt with and fixed immediately. I was always kept in the loop. In fact, Joanne began the installation a few days sooner to accommodate other workers. She even recommended people to put in my vent hood and I was happy w/ that company also. I would highly recommend this company to everyone who appreciates good work!!

Jo Anne has been a pleasure to work with. We have used them for 2 projects so far (bathroom countertops and a kitchen backsplash) and have 2 more projects in the planning stages. She has been a total professional throughout the process. Her installers are top notch and they do very nice quality work. She is very knowledgeable about all things related to home repairs and decorating. She has a very nice way of steering you in the right direction – for example, I thought I wanted carrara marble counter tops in our bathrooms and she explained to me how quartz would be the better choice in our case. That could have been a big waste of money if she wouldn’t have been there to help us. She has been very nice about answering all our questions too. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her to friends.

Joanne/Flooring and Granite By Silva is absolutely a professional company to work with.

My current contractor for remodeling was delaying the work and I had to take some work from them. I reached out to Joanne with a google search and left a VM. Joanne called me back and we agreed one Quartz counter and back splash installation in one call. It was Tuesday and she promised to finish the work by Saturday and they did. And I must say what a fabulous work her team did. I will post the picture when my house remodeling completes.

I was so impressed with her work that I gave her the contract to remodel by three bathrooms (bath tub to shower) and change all the vanities.

I will recommend Flooring and Granite By Silva any day to any one. They are not the cheapest but very reasonable and absolute professional work.

Thanks Joanne.

Absolutely recommend, we are thrilled with the results, service and expertise of Flooring by Silvia. Don’t hesitate to contact them. Both of our bathrooms look fantastic, the travertine and marble are clean, sealed, caulking removed/replaced and grout repairs too.

Jo Anne and her team were amazing and a lifesaver! They helped renovate my parents' house after water damage from a pipe burst. Jo Anne is super easy to talk to, almost at times reading my mind! She is professional and responds immediately either via texts, email, or phone calls. She helped me work thru the pricing when it comes to working with my insurance company, which I especially needed since it was my first time having to deal with any of this. What I really love about it is the fact that they all work so timely with amazing finishings. I had to get her crew to help me again for some handyman work last minute before a renter is to move in, and she's able to get it done that day! Amazing service, amazing crew! I'm sure we will be asking her and her team for more help in the future!

They did an excellent job replacing both bathroom countertops in our service dept. The owner responded right away to our inquiry, gave us a quote within 24hrs, and had us on the books within a week. She kept in contact throughout the whole experience and everything went exactly as expected. We will definitely use them again for any remodeling needs!

Highly recommend this company for any remodel. Jo Anne listened to my ideas and then made great suggestions. She communicated with me throughout the entire master bath project so that I'd know what next step was going to be. The price for the work was fair and all her contractors were very skilled. The transformation is amazing and the quality is great. I can't say enough about Jo Anne and her company.

JoAnne is an excellent communicator. She kept us in the loop at all times and went above and beyond to help us with our recent kitchen remodel. She put together several design options for us, making it easy for us to make a decision. The quality of the finished work is impeccable. They took their time and did it right. Happy we chose them and will be using their services again soon for fireplace remodel.

Mu husband and I had to get repairs done in our home due to flooding and to say that this company made the process amazingly easy would be an understatement! The work done in our house is nothing short of perfect - high quality through and through. Not only is their work high quality but they way they do business is too. Jo Anne is the epitome of class and professionalism. In the past I have been burned by contractors but I trust Jo Anne and this company implicitly - they are honest and communicative. You will never have to worry because they are 100% professional. I am truly grateful for this company helping restore my home and for making the process so enjoyable. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
