Did an awesome job remodeling kid’s bathroom shower area. Took out the tub, replaced the plumbing and installed tiles from floor to the top. Very professionally done, on time and on budget from start to finish. Every step of the process was executed with perfection and care. Kids love the new shower area. The crew did a good job cleaning up afterwards and I walked back in from a holiday into a new beautiful bathroom. Excellent job and will use the services again in the future and would absolutely recommend to everybody.

Jo Anne and her team was a life saver when another contractor completely dropped the ball and left us 6 months into a renovation and an incomplete kitchen. She was incredibly professional and responded quickly to all communication. She got the remaining part of the job done in just a matter of 2 weeks. Every sub-contractor who worked on our house was courteous and professional as well. Jo Anne and her team even caught things that were done incorrectly the first time and helped us get the kitchen of our dreams. We have no hesitation recommending her and will contact her for any future jobs we decide to do at our house.

We just had Jo Anne complete a 2nd job for us and had another fantastic experience! She is incredibly easy to work with and gets the job done on time and with very high standards. I also love that she communicates daily about what to expect that day and the days to follow. I never felt like I didn't know what was happening. Our guest bath is beautiful! We look forward to working with Jo Anne and her team on the rest of our bathrooms in the house.

Our master bedroom shower had a shower pan liner leak due to improper installation by a different contractor. That company is no longer in business. My wife met Jo Anne at work and she offered to redo the shower. They had to demolish the old shower and install a new plywood floor because of the water damage. The workers that Jo Anne sent were excellent, especially Salvador. They did an exceptional job. The subcontractor that rehung the shower door even commented that the shower tile was done in an excellent manner, enabling easy installation of glass door. We had scheduling issues with family medical appointments and Jo Anne was able to accommodate us easily. Overall we are very pleased and happy with Flooring and Granite by Silva. We would highly recommend them for your project.

Jo Anne and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish installing our quartz countertops, sinks and faucets in both bathrooms. I was super thankful to have Jo Anne’s expertise to help design the overall look we were going for. Our countertops came out absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. We look forward to using Flooring and Granite by Silva’s service for future renovations.

Do not use this company. Jo Anne Silva was good up until the point where she had the majority of the money and the porcelain slabs I paid for and then she ghosted me. She tried to have the slabs dumped on my front lawn but her kind workers took them to a safe location. I did not get a phone number from the workers as I was not talking on my phone. Jo Anne will not even give a message to her worker to help me get these slabs which I paid over $1,000 for back.

Jo Anne and her team did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel and kitchen countertops. Every aspect was handled promptly and professionally. The carpentry, painting, and tile installation were excellent as well. Jo Anne is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares for her clients. We will be using her again in the future!

Extremely professional, incredibly detailed and amazing ability to organize a project and get in done in a timely manner. Jo Anne did it again!!!! and I couldn't be more pleased with my guest bathroom. Her painter and wall paper installer are exceptional and of course Salvador and Edwardo saved the day by re-installing the plumbing so the the bathroom would be up and running by our up-coming wedding!!! After another person dropped out on me unexpectedly, I had less than a month to get a house fixed up in all sorts of ways to get it ready to sell. Joanne and her crew of subcontractors came in and fixed significant plumbing issues, whipped one bathroom into shape, remodeled another, painted cabinets in both baths and the kitchen, put entirely new carpet throughout the house, and more. When a storm hit near the end of all this very complex and busy process, she immediately had a tree guy to trim branches and take away the debris. A deep cleaning finished things off and made the house look great. Through it all she was kind and patient, and found ways for me to save without cutting corners on quality. She walked into my situation through a recommendation from a friend, got right to business, and has done superb work while also being a warm, kind, supportive presence. And all in less than a month when everything else going on around me was quite chaotic. She is a steadying presence, communicates superbly, and employs trustworthy, excellent craftsmen and tradesmen. She has been a blessing in so many ways. It's hard for me to think of how you could find a better person to take you through this process.

This company was so easy to work with and completed the job quickly. The installers were very professional and did the installation perfectly.

I never post reviews, but Jo Anne and team were great to work with from start to finish and deserve 5 stars! Very responsive, competitive pricing, professional crew, and beautiful tile installation. We had two bathroom floors redone and they were in and out in 2 days and the finished product looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great experience. We worked through Joanne who was very good - responsive, proactive, approachable, etc. They assisted with a significant repair job in our master bath. The teams involved were all pros - especially the tile guy who does amazing work. Definitely recommend.

We had an issue with our shower that was leaking into our closet! Jo Anne and her team were able to diagnose the problem and work with me to fix the shower without needing to redo the entire thing! They were great to work with and easy to get ahold of. Look forward to working with them again in the future

JoAnne and her great crew did a fantastic job reworking our existing granite countertop to accept an oversized sink. Very smooth process throughout. We are very satisfied and would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

If you are looking for someone to remodel your kitchen counters, I cannot recommend Flooring and Granite by Silva high enough! Jo Anne was so helpful and quick to respond to messages. Eduardo and his crew were professional and did an amazing job. The tear-out and install all happened on the same day and they even cleaned up! I had a part for my sink come in late and it was no problem to have someone come back to install it.

I wish that I could say that I had the same positive experience with JoAnn at Flooring and Granite by Silva (FGS) as others. We hired FGS to replace all of the flooring and interior doors in our house. The project started great, but she ultimately refused to finish our project even though we paid her in full. The problem started when JoAnn promised to fix some issues with our tile that her own workers created. The guy that installed the doors used his saw to cut the doorframes ON TOP OF our new tile floors UNPROTECTED. I immediately brought the situation to JoAnn's attention, and when I asked her if the tiles would be replaced, she said, "Of course. We will take care of it." Before the project began, I asked JoAnn if the doors should be replaced before the flooring was installed, she said, "No, the floors need to be replaced first." I believe that she had the floors installed first because it was more convenient for her schedule, not the best for the project. The worst part of this situation is that she refuses to return our calls, and it appears that she has blocked our phone numbers and blocked us on Facebook, so we cannot communicate with her. My husband even called her from a different phone number, and when he told her that it was him, SHE HUNG UP ON HIM!!!! Unfortunately, before the problems started with her, my husband wrote a four-star review for her, which she pressured us to write. She even gave us a $100 gift card to ZenZero when she asked us to give her a good review on Google. I wonder how many others have been "paid" for a good review. So, I'm left having to pay someone else money to fix the problems that she created. PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH FLOORING AND GRANITE BY SILVA.

I came to know Jo Anne through a friend who had a great experience with her. I am so thankful to God for Jo Anne and her phenomenal team of very skilled workers.
Our kitchen floor needed to be replaced due to a water leak. Jo Anne pointed me in the right direction to the right store and designer and thanks to her team, we have a beautiful floor now. We also had repairs in our hardwood floor in the breakfast nook which she took care of. Also we had to replace the hallway flooring due to the water leak. We told her to reuse the wooden flooring we had removed from the kitchen and she sent a skilled person to get the floor replaced with that wood
All in all so happy with Jo Anne and her team!!!
Update: I contacted Jo Anne again this year to do our guest bath and master bath. I am very pleased with her work. I sent her a sample picture of the guest bath and it came out very good. We changed the tub to a walk in shower that is easily accessible for my FIL who is disabled.
The master bathroom needed a major update and we are very pleased with the thorough and clean work of Jo Anne and her team.
She brings in the best tile guy, plumber to carpenter, electrician. She and her team are phenomenal.

My favorite things about Flooring and Granite by Silvas is they listened to what I wanted give informed advice as to
how to make it work. Their work is extremely detailed and high quality. Even repairs were better than original.

Work done was tear out bathroom built in tub and shower, floor tile, and extend ceiling in shower, retile, install new faucets, reconfigure tub enclosure, replace floor, counters, sinks and lights in addition to repainting entire bathroom.

For kitchen and bar area, they replaced counters installed backsplash, faucets and lights. I am convinced their tile sub is the absolute best there is. Also helped me find the exact Taj Mahal quartzite that I had envisioned-in the midst of everyone in DFW also looking for Taj Mahal.

I highly recommend this company!!!

FGS just completed a granite countertop installation for my home. I had used them before and they did yet another beautiful job in record time. Joann and Ed are the best. They are competitive in price, delivering when they say they will, excellent in follow up, and produce results.

Jo Anne and her crew are absolutely the best. I had a big project: complete renovation of bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors. I was nervous--a previous experience with a contractor was disappointing and costly. Jo Anne and her team did an outstanding job correcting issues from an earlier renovation, delivering beautiful results on every aspect of the project, collaborating and managing schedules (even my dog loved them) completing all work on time with the utmost skill and professionalism. My house is an older construction (1939) and they did tremendous work adding new materials where needed, restoring and preserving details unique to my home. I am so grateful for their outstanding work!

Flooring and Granite by Silva did a fantastic job updating our kitchen. Joanne was very hands on and answered all questions. All of the contractors did top notch work. Our countertops have been update with quartz and a subway tile backsplash. We also decided to update the built in dry bar, cabinet area over washer and dryer and repaint patio door. I feel like I’m in a new home. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future upgrades to the house.

JoAnne and her team of amazing sub contractors made our master bath remodel painless!! She was above and beyond in communication, I always received a text of who was coming tomorrow, for what and what time they would arrive. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They were able to be creative and make some great things happen. I have always managed my own jobs in the past, after this experience I will never do that again, Flooring and Granite by Silva will be my first and only call. The bathroom looks absolutely beautiful, call JoAnne today!!
