Eugene showed up in a timely manner on a late Thursday evening and got my ac back up and running. He also gave me a good assessment of the problem and explained it in ways I could understand. He was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend.

Great company. Very fast service, the technician was spot on accurate with his diagnosis. He worked with our electrician on site to fix some other issues without us even asking. He was also extremely helpful with some advice and questions. Everyone was very professional, personable, and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I scheduled for this company between 8-12 for an HVAC repair. Not only did the tech not show up, I never received a call that they were not coming.
I called the scheduler no less than 5 times and they assured me that they would have a supervisor call me back. After not receiving a call back from the supervisor, I finally got the scheduler to tell me that a tech was not coming because I did not subscribe to their membership plan. Complete waste of time

Blower in my air conditioner stopped functioning and I called Grover Heat & Air Conditioning guys to fix it. A specialists arrived in right time and gave professional and qualitative repair in a short time! Well done guys! We are very proud of you. I strongly endorse their services to anyone who asks!!

Eugene was an outstanding technician. I replaced my thermostat and could not get it to work in heating. He showed up and solved the problem very fast. He got my system back on and working. Very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Grover Heat & Air Conditioning.

Do not use. We scheduled their service for AC and thermostat installation days in advance. On day of original service, no one showed up or called us about our appointment or need to reschedule. We called and they assured us a technician would arrive. Then we were contacted by a manager the following day indicating our appointment would be expedited. But again no one showed up or called us. On day 3 we were preparing to have a different company help but their technician called and assured us they would arrive, but again no-showed. We called their company and they told us they had other emergencies and couldn’t help us and no explanation for coming help or reschedule. Horrible service, would not recommend

Installation of a thermostat and furnace. The technician returned my request for service promptly, explained the work that was to be done, scheduled the service for the next day. Technician arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. The price quoted was the price charged. I would recommend Grover Heat & Air Conditioning for future HVAC work.

Grover Heat & Air Conditioning technicians did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. They were very polite, professional, communicative and punctual. They were done at the expected time and their charges were very reasonable. They also cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

Grover Heat & Air Conditioning specialist came to quote and review the existing furnace, providing helpful information. Overall, his quote was the best of 3. On installation day, the installers called to say they would be about 2 hour late. Once they arrived, they were careful to cover everything, they quickly removed the old furnace, and installed the new - no mess, no fuss. Job well done!

Grover Heat & Air Conditioning is the best around no questions. The whole team is great but I have to give tons of credit to Jeff, he is my go to for our system and he is thorough and explains everything in great detail. He genuinely cares about his work and the customers. I wouldn’t have any other company take care of our HVAC needs.

JC and Carlos are awesome. Responded to a text over the weekend for a non-emergency and was there the next morning and had us fixed up a few hours later. Very helpful, great service and fair pricing.
