On 12-23-2025 I had a 5 year old home which I am purchasing inspected by Super Inspector, Chuck Schmidtke. Not only was I scheduled for my convenience (I live out of town), but Chuck was prompt and extremely thorough throughout the process. He gave detailed information, including photos, after the inspection was complete. One of the things I appreciate most besides his thoroughness was the context of the issues he found, such what was in code when the home was built and the ramifications of the issues or possible impact of the issue, should it not be fix timely.
