The service was prompt. Their assigned technician arrived on time. I was informed when he was on the way by text. The work was done in a timely manner. David the technician kept me informed as he diagnosed and then repaired the unit. I was informed of the cost prior to installation so I was aware throughout what my upfront costs would be. I have used AAS before as well and have always been satisfied with their level of service and care.

Koosha and Super Team are great. I have an older system worked on by several local HVac people. No one actually understood the fundamentals of the system they were working on. It has cost several thousand dollars over time to find out it was "sort of" done. Leaving damage to the rooms in the sheet rock, mold and mildew. I know I will have to replace it. Koosha knows what he is doing. Good grief, I wish I had found the Super Team first. I know m system is done correctly. Thanks to you all at Super Team. Especially Koosha. Feel confident in hiring this company.

I scheduled an appointment on my day off which was confirmed by them. About an hour after the scheduled appointment, I found out the technician wasn't going to make it. I understand that things come up, but I have a job and I was relying on them to keep their appointment as scheduled on my day off. Maybe send another technician in his place? I had issues with scheduling Super Pest Services as well (on day of confirmed appointment, I received text that my appointment was moved to the next day without them consulting me, but I was working the next day, then 2 weeks later, the technician showed up without an appointment). So I decided to discontinue the service plans with them due to their scheduling issues.
