Reviews of local pros in Corinth, Texas

These guys are fantastic. Just used their services for the second time, and will absolutely call them again. Just great service, fair and reasonable rates, and very pleasant to deal with. Both of the guys that came to perform the service have apparently been doing it for years, and I always feel good about paying for experience.

We were able to schedule right away. They were prompt and quick. The work was excellent. They did not try to upsell me which has been a problem with other carpet cleaners in the past. We highly recommend!

We had a great experience with metro cleaning. They worked around my schedule and cleaned all the carpets in my home and the tile grout. They both looked better than I had seen them in a long long time. We had a spilled smoothie stain that reappeared about a month after they cleaned. I called Don and they came out same day and took care of it! Highly recommend.

Same day service - Don did an amazing job.

They’ve cleaned my carpets twice. Very happy. They do a good job and are reasonably priced! So happy to have clean carpets. They also cleaned the arms of my couches where my dogs sit. So happy!

These guys did an awesome job this morning. We are moving into a house and the carpets were horrible (in my opinion). They were 10 minutes early, and it took 40 minutes from start to finish. After a walk through, the carpets looked fantastic and brand new. Pet odor is gone. Stains are gone. The price was very reasonable. They were both fun to talk with and were kind. Definitely book with these guys!

Excellent service, The carpet looked great. Arrived early and finished quickly. I was also able to get an extra receipt to provide to my leasing office. Definitely would recommend and I plan on using them in the future.

Great service by Don and assistant. Office turned out better than expected.

Cleaned my carpets in no time. Very reasonable pricing. Great service, friendly, did a fantastic job. Will use again.

Don and team just got done cleaning the carpeted areas of our townhome and did a fantastic job for a fair price. They were professional and worked quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Don and Zach are absolutely incredible at what they do! They will never be late, and they do an amazing job very quickly. My wife and I have three dogs and three kids, the house we live in has pristine white carpets, so you can only imagine how dirty they become. I have attached before and after photos of their incredible work!

Thank you Don and Zach!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when they finished. The grout went from dark and dingy to bright and clean again. Definitely calling them for the next cleaning.

I tried to call to get a quote because their website says they are in corinth Texas. The lady on the phone asked for my zip code, I gave her the Corinth zip code and she said no we don't service that area and hung up on me. Not very professional. Good luck though.

Wow. What a joke. I somehow ended up on their website, read about what they supposedly offer, and decide to call. I called 4x in 20 minutes. Each time, the phone was answered and immediately hung up. Someone was picking it up and immediately hanging up. No polite answer, no option for a message, just continuous hand up and they kept on doing it purposely.
Unbelievable. If this is how you start service, I can’t imagine you caring about anyone’s living space or space of need for your service. Be aware. Probably why they have cheap coupons available online for discounts.

Tile Grout Cleaning Corinth TX tech did a great job on both our carpets and tile floors. The tile in the master bath looks new. Great job all around. Thanks Tile Grout Cleaning Corinth TX

They were on time and very pleasant to work with. Defiantly using them again and will recommend them to family/friends. Thanks Tile Grout Cleaning Corinth TX

They don’t respond to their online scheduling form or LiveChat. When I asked why they didn’t return my call after two days, they claimed I must have called someone else. Strange! The phone rep, who sounded like they were working from home, hung up on me. Would not recommend—there are more professional businesses out there.

The owner was late showing up and never called, so I called to get a estimate for when he would arrive. He stated that he wouldn't be able to make it and rescheduled for the next day. The following day I got a text stating that he would again have to cancel. After expressing displeasure in his unprofessional behavior, he stated that he would find somebody to come clean my carpet. I never heard from him again

This company was actually recommended to me by a friend but based on my experience I would not recommend them. The fence turned out okay (hence the 3 stars) but the service less than par. No notice of when they would be out other than an “we are on the way” text the day they were coming and at the same time changing scope of requirements necessary to do the work sent the day of that initial text making it more expensive for me. I would have changed contractors if I had not already received a check for 1/2 from my neighbor made payable to Landscape Investments. Learned my lesson on that one. I also had multiple issues with the crew not cleaning up after themselves had to call the owner twice to come back and clean up

Gregg was great to work with as I share a fence with 2 neighbors so he was able to make us all happy. It was installed quickly and looks great. I will definitely use Landscape Investments in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.
