Reviews of local pros in Corinth, Texas

Great communication before arriving, letting me know when to expect them onsite. Once here went right to work explaining what order they would complete their task. Windows and screens look amazing. Highly recommend

I had my windows cleaned by Lincoln and Dylan, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The communication since the beginning was great. They showed up on time, explained the process, and worked efficiently. They paid attention to detail, making sure both inside and outside glass was spotless. Very courteous and great pricing.
The difference is amazing—they had just cleaned the inside and I could tell the difference right away.
Use them! You will not be disappointed.

Thank you for taking on the job of cleaning my windows and power washing our back patio and eaves. I called the day prior and they were quick to get me scheduled next day. Dylan was the politest worker I’ve ever had do work. Upon arrival he clarified the job assignment as agreed and got right to work. He was careful and thorough with his work exactly as requested and I appreciated his respectful demeanor. He’s an asset to your business. I would definitely use your company again.

Found Sunshine Exteriors on IG and couldn’t be happier! Lincoln was professional and communicative, and Dylan and Sebastian did an amazing job installing my Christmas lights while taking the time to explain how the timer works. They were punctual, friendly, and the lights look fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again! 🎄✨

Sunshine Exteriors did an excellent job on our Christmas light installation! Recommend to everyone who is looking for their holiday lights. Very professional service and attentive! Lincoln took great care of us through the entire process!!

Dylan and Lincoln did a great job cleaning out my gutters and power-washing the stone on the front of my home. They bagged up all the leaves and debris as they went, used hoses to check water flow and even provided video of trouble spots to share with our gutter installer! Communication was excellent. A quote was easy to obtain and I could bundle services for a discount. Will be calling them again.

This is the second year I have had this company install my outdoor roofline Christmas lights and they have been fantastic to work with again! They made everything super easy from the design through the install process. Last year when they came to take the lights down, they labeled each strand and nearly packed them in a crate for me. The workers are so polite and professional. I also found their prices to be better than other companies I had researched. I couldn’t be happier with the jobs they have done and my roofline is extremely steep in places! Would highly recommend this company.

Lincoln was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and professional from start to finish. Sebastian and Chase did a fantastic job installing our lights just the way we envisioned. Appreciate their great customer service and highly recommend their business.

Dylan did an excellent job power washing and staining fence! I received a lot of quotes and none of them offered the quality of work and reasonable price as Sunshine Exteriors. My fence was very worn and needed a thorough power washing and stain. Dylan made my fence look new again and I am very happy with the work!

We had a great experience with Sunshine Exteriors. We got our fence power washed and stained. From the ease of the initial visit to the final product, we were extremely happy with the customer service and product that Lincoln, Dylan, and Diego provided. They were all friendly, on-time, and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes.

I recently had my Christmas lights installed by Sunshine Exteriors. After shopping around extensively for a highly rated service I found Sunshine Exteriors to be the best priced of them all. I scheduled a consultation and was met by Lincoln who drew up several designs that matched my vision at the price I was originally quoted. Chase and Sebastian completed the installation quickly and were great to work with as well. I'd highly recommend Sunshine Exteriors for your Christmas Lights needs and will be using their services again going forward.

Lincoln was very professional and courteous for the first initial bid.

Sebastian and Dylan did our installation and they were wonderful. They paid attention to detail and very respectful young men. The lights look amazing and definitely will use them again and 1000% recommended them for any lightning needs or any other services they offer!

I found this company through neighborhood posting. Person who posted was so impressed with the young man who owns business and how great he’s services was. I needed a small job for him to do. Christmas lights on my arch. This was second year for the same job and the job was well done again. On time to install, on time to take it down. He’s price has been so reasonable, no one was even close to the his fee in the past.
I’m so grateful for his help. I’m hoping he’ll be doing the same job for years to come.

Thank you Lincoln and team.

Lincoln & his team are punctual, responsive & attentive to ensuring we always have the best Christmas light installation. We frequently have families stop by our home to take pictures of our lights. Incandescent or led, this team has done a fantastic job each year! His young team is energized, hard working & knowledgeable in setting timers & using under-roof plugs & ensuring lights are properly secured at a reasonable price - high recommend these guys for your lighting needs.

Lincoln and his team did a great job installing our Christmas lights and cleaning our gutters. Pricing is competitive and they show up when they say they will which can be hard to find these days. I also love their communication system-we were always informed of our upcoming service appointments, arrival times, etc. We will definitely use them in the future!
