I recently had my carpets and couch cleaned, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The technician was incredibly friendly and communicative, taking the time to explain each step of the process and ensuring I understood everything. He worked efficiently and the job didn’t take long at all. My carpets and couch look amazing! I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of quality cleaning. Thank you for a job well done!

Tim was so friendly and professional. It took literally no time at all to get me on his schedule, and he was very responsive to all my requests. I highly recommend this Family business! He is levels above standard commercial companies on value and quality! And yes, I still have Xmas decor in March...dont judge me! 🤣🤣

Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service today. Honest about how much the stains would come out and exceeded expectations. I had 5 rooms done and a couple of hallways and still drying but looks great. I’d recommend and use again.

Tim did an EXCELLENT job! He educated us on the best plan of action for cleaning our couch and went over and beyond on our carpet cleaning. His prices were very competitive and the quality of his work was superb! Thank you, Tim!

Super professional and great customer service. Tim texted the eta and communicated with us regarding the potential risks, his process as well as how to clean if this ever occurs again. I 100% recommend Quality Care Carpet. Thanks again for taking care of us!

Very communicative about scheduling, up front about prices, arrived on time, professional and friendly, completed job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned the upholstery on a used sofa we had just bought and got out a stain where the previous owners’ dog had marked. Would definitely use their services again!

Tim was professional and easy to work with. He did an awesome job on our 3 bedrooms, closets and 2 bathrooms grout. Everything looks and smells amazing and clean. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Quality Care Carpet Cleaning, and it definitely won’t be my last!! Tim was very kind and respectful. He responded quickly, and did an AMAZING job on the carpet!! I haven’t seen it look better than it does right now, I’ll definitely be calling again when needed!

Very punctual and communicative through the whole booking process. Cleaned my couch and it looks brand new. Going to rebook him to do my carpet soon. 10/10 thank you

SO satisfying to finally have truly clean carpet! I have done the Lowe’s DIY rental in the past but on occasion I get a little light bulb moment and say let the professionals handle it. Today was that time and a great decision was made! Mr Tim was on time and walked through my home with me to see our concerns prior to the job. He was professional and friendly and fast! Done in only about an hour! The house smells fresh and the carpets are nice and dry . Absolutely recommend! Treat Yourself!

I highly recommend Quality Care Carpet Cleaning. Owner Tim Moore did an outstanding job deep-cleaning our carpets. From the start, he was professional and upfront, clearly explaining service options and pricing without pressuring us into unnecessary treatments. I highly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and delivered a thorough, high-quality cleaning. I also appreciated the extra care he took, using guards to protect our walls from the cleaning equipment. If you’re looking for reliable, top-notch carpet cleaning, at an affordable price, call Tim!

Tim worked on our 2 area rugs (which are pretty big) and master bedroom carpet. We had some tough pet stains that we were sure wouldn't let up but, he got it up and made our carpets look like the first time we got them. He was quick, efficient and extremely kind. The price as well was way better than any other company ive seen and he was done in less than an hour. We will need our grout done soon so we will definitely be giving him a call again! I recommend him for any project like this you need done. Thank you Quality Care Carpet Cleaning!

The work the young man did was very admirable! He did tell me his name, but my memory isn't real sharp!
He was very polite and knowledgeable.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone using your services.
Love my clean windows!

Great job today - our windows are gleaming! Chase did a fabulous and very professional job doing the inside and outside of all 25 windows! We LOVE Sunshine Exteriors!!!

Highly recommend using this company! Lincoln, Sebastian and Chase did a great job with installing Christmas lights. The team was very professional, arrived on time and were attentive to detail.

Sebastian and Chase did a great job on our holiday lights for our house. LIncoln was also great to wok with in the planning. We would recommend their services to other families. Thank you Chris and Jan

Dylan did a very good job tackling a unique scope of work. I was seeking someone local to clean my windows and solar panels, and he did a great job safely navigating my roof and getting the panels free of dust and debris. Within minutes, I was able to see a 40% increase in my solar production, so it's money well spent.
