Amazing service! They came highly recommended by a close friend who knew I needed my carpets cleaned. Service was excellent - was completely WOW’d by all the dog hair that was able to be extracted from deep inside my carpet that a vacuum simply can’t reach. Was also happy to see the additional services offered that make this company a one-stop trusted service for us go forward.

We have used Tim’s expertise several times. He is a great communicator, knows carpet backwards and forwards, and does what he says he will do. HIGHLY recommend. A rare breed for today’s service standards.

GREAT service! Tim was very flexible with our schedule and showed up on time. It took him longer than he expected to get a large amount of carpet done, but he was persistent and well communicative throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

Tim has cleaned our rugs at least 3 times and always goes above and beyond. Somehow he takes a rug that is trashed and makes it like new again. He has also revived several couches and upholstered chairs for me. He always gives a fair price, is on time and quickly gets it done. I highly recommend his company!

I was pleasantly surprised by how great our carpet looked after Tim did his work. There were high traffic areas that I did not think could look good again. Tim was able to get them cleaned up beyond my expectations.

This is the first time I’ve ever had our carpets cleaned after living here for 15 years. Tim was highly recommended on Nextdoor and I decided to give it a shot. With multiple pups over the years, i wasn’t very optimistic on the stains coming out and figured that my only solution was to replace the carpet.
I was wrong. Tim was responsive to my inquiry within minutes, he was right on time (with a text notice) and very cool and knowledgeable of my situation.
He was great and the carpets look and smell like new. Next time I won’t wait so long to get my carpets cleaned and I know exactly who to call.
It’s also a bonus he owns a local business which I always try to support. Recommend 10/10

I had a great experience utilizing Tim’s service to clean a rug that had a good amount of pet fur, dirt and stain build up. He was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain what he would and wouldn’t be able to address with the rug and why. I was really impressed with the work he did and will use him again in the future.

I needed a carpet stretched and cleaned upstairs, and given the great reviews of Quality Care, decided to hire them for the Job. First off, Tim always responded quickly and was flexible in accommodating a schedule change I had to make. When he arrived at my home, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and recognizing that stretching my carpet could cause challenges given it's very unique pattern and high quality. He noted he'd be able to do it, however wanted to offer up another company that has more specific capabilities related to what we were looking at. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest person who would be willing to pass the work to another company with his interest solely being that we get the results which live up to my homes standards. This is RARE today and I WILL be using Tim for all my cleaning needs in the future. I will also recommend him to all my friends and family. 5 stars and two thumbs up- thanks Tim!

This was our second time using Quality Care Carpet and we couldn’t be happier! We called Jim early in the week and asked if there was any way he could clean the carpet in the house we were moving into on Friday but we had to wait until we got the keys. He was super flexible with us and made it happen! He worked quickly and did a great job! We were so happy with the finished product. We will definitely have him out again in the future!

Tim did a great job cleaning our carpet. He was timely and efficient. He removed spots that we thought would never come out. He also repaired a separated seam and you would never know it was ever there.
