They take forever to cut wire. Ordered at 1pm and they had it ready at 4

I just NEEDED to tell the whole world how awesome these guys are!!! They seriously have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for ALL of our needs. It seriously took us 3 tries to get what we needed right (But at no fault of these guys)(it was a fukt up electrician)ANYWAYS.....These guys took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us.On top of it all...we showed up at their business at 5:06.(They close at 5!!!!) But these guys really took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us.At 5:06 on a FRIDAY afternoon....that says it all...

So I was out of town and my AC went out, troubleshot it and found I needed a Dsquare 60 amp circuit breaker. So I went to 3 places before I ended up in your shop. I walked in and your guys were like oh man no one has that. I wanted to cry...Then one of the guys said wait we may have one. So I crossed my fingers said a prayer and sure enuff he came back with what I needed. I cant remember any names but kudos to your employees memories! I Thank you and my family thanks you!

Just to let everyone know they charge for driving time to your house for installing a fan . What a rip off....
They did a decent job though.They quote less and Bill 1.5 times . So be careful

We have used Budd Electric for several small jobs at home that we didn't feel confortable doing ourselves. They always do a good job. Yes, it seems expensive but I like knowing that something as important as electrical is done right.

Horrible customer service, horrible price. For tightening some wire nuts in a switch box, they charged thee hours of labor, totalling $180 dollars even though they were there less than 15 minutes. After questioning their charge they said they made a mistake and put two people's jobs on one ticket, so they reduced it to two hours of labor, still demanding $120. Even though it was never mentioned before the job, the said the remaining time was charged for driving to and from Kingsville. When I had more questions about that, they just hung up on me.

I use Budd Electric exclusively for all electrician needs. I was a General Contractor for 20 years in the Dallas area before I moved to Corpus Christi 8 years ago. When placing the service call, the staff was very polite and worked on when I needed the service work performed. The cost was in line with everyone else in town. The service crew was very polite, cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again and tell all my family and friends.

They donated the labor on my Habitat for Humanity home. Did a great job. Was back on a minor issue. They corrected a likely defective plug. In & out in no time. I highly recommend them for all your needs large or small. God bless them all for helping me have a affordable home I can call my own.
