FSG did such an amazing job!!! Recently I had to contact SMS Assist to have multiple lights replaced on the exterior of our building as well as our store signs. FSG was requested since they had done the work in the past with no problems. SMS completely ignored our request and scheduled Scott Electric to do the work; not only did they not show up on time, I had to call SMS 4 days later to inform them a technician still had not shown up. Once again I requested FSG to come out, only for Scott Electric to finally show up later that day and tell us they could only fix the exterior lights, they were not equipped to fix the lights in our exterior signs. After making yet another call to SMS Assist and requesting for a third time FSG be sent out, I finally had someone at SMS Assist listen to my request. Not only was FSG out within hours of my placed request, they were able to fix our sign in less than 45 minutes. They will always be my first choice and request for all of our electrical needs.

One of the workers came outside to help my bf with his order. He wasn't expecting that. Great team of people working & highly professional. We reccomend.
