Absolutely wonderful service! I was in a pickle and needed a new pool guy and they were very fast coming out. I no longer live in the area they cleaned my pool while my house was being sold. They always attached a photo with my invoice! Great customer service I highly recommend!

Leo and his team are the best of the best in the pool maintenance business. They pay attention to detail, and are always keeping us posted on everything they do to our saltwater pool. They send us photos and a detailed message letting us know what they did when they came out. Every time they come out our pool is beautiful by the time they leave. Not to mention whenever I'm in a pinch and I need an emergency cleaning before a get together, Splendor Pools does there best to help us out. I appreciate Splendor Pools and would recommend them to anyone who has a pool!

Leo was great, he explained what needed to be done with our pool in detail and even repaired an issue on the spot, I was impressed. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs pool service.

The owner showed up for my issue same day. He was thorough in understanding the root cause before turning to the correction with a pipe that was leaking, causing several issues. He also provided his logic for the solution and assured I was happy with the next steps. Beyond pools, this service is top notch for the area. We noticed our pool pump cavitating. So I did the bucket test in the pool leak test overnight. 4 inches leaked out overnight without the pump running so the next. morning 8 o’clock I called Leo and he made it out to the house by 11. He was very thorough. Checked every single return, skimmers and drain lines. He found our leak, so I sent pictures and report to builder. Since this is a new pool, we did not get to use Leo‘s repair service. I’m sure it is very good as he is very thorough. Would highly recommend his service.

Leo and staff were courteous and professional. Came out same day to do a pressure test of our pool. Found the leak and promptly fixed it. They redid work from a previous repair ( that was not done correctly). Would call them for any pool repair. Prices were reasonable and they kept us informed throughout the process.

After months of refilling our pool daily with excessive water bills, we found Leo. What we thought was going to be thousands in expense ended up being less than $500. We have finally found an ethical pool professional in Corpus Christi! Such a relief!

Leo and team did a good job installing a new skimmer. It was more entailed than we thought so I was patient. Leo is very upfront with the timeline and when technicians would be on site. Cost was reasonable.

I moved into a house with a in ground pool and i needed some help with knowing how to take care of my pool and my pump. Leo got my appointment scheduled and was very fast at responding and communicating. Mario is who did the service/tutorial and he was fantastic! He listened to our questions, answered them, demonstrated on how to clean the pool, how to backwash, testing the chemicals in the pool and what we needed to know. If i end up with any questions, i can text Mario and he gets right back to me. So glad i picked Splendor pool services for all my pool needs. Thank you for your dedication to your customers!

Came to check out pool equipment. Checked it all and found a problem with DE multiport filter. Technician was very polite and friendly.

Extremely disappointed with this business. A saltwater pool should NOT grow black algae if it is being maintained weekly, correctly, and communication is being made about faulty pool parts. And then to terminate a customer instead of remedy the problem is absolutely ludicrous.

Having the "service manager" call after I've left the review is pitiful. I understand you have been told one side of the story and do not know the entire truth or maybe any of it. If someone isn't willing to pay for parts or chemicals then how is it that those charges are incurred anyway and that parts were replaced??? And how does one determine one pool part being "broken" to another part the next week needing replacement to be justified for algae growth. Are these guesses? From other professionals I've spoken to, there are steps in between that were missed or not properly handled to begin with. Any son or daughter is going to step in when their elder parent is having trouble getting something taken care of. Again, VERY disappointed in the business as well as you as the son of a man who had much higher standards he held his business to.

I try to be a “do it yourself” guy but ran into a difficulty that NWD assured me they could do it in the time frame that I needed it done and at a reasonable price. They kept their promise. Thanks to New Wave Dave and staff my pool plumbing is fixed and working!

New Wave Dave provided the service that I needed in a timely, professional manner by a really nice, competent and friendly technician. They explained the new equipment to me with patience and a smile. I would recommend them to anyone.

New Wave Dave drained the pool, cleaned out the debris, power washed the walls, scrubbed the algae off the side walls that had accumulated and could not be removed by regular brushing, treated the walls with chlorine, and refilled the pool. They did a fantastic job. Aubrey and the guys were great to work with.

New Wave Dave is customer-centered and very professional. I feel like everyone I speak with really knows what they are talking about. We have had a couple of weird problems with our pool sweep and the guys from NWD didn’t stop until they figured out what the problem was and solved it (hint: a sweet three year old may or may not have shoved goggles into the sweep intake). NWD is reasonably and competitively priced. I would definitely recommend this company!

Our sand filter was overloaded with green algae. Brett replaced sand, cleaned out all the fittings and advised us on system and upkeep. We are very satisfied customers.
