New Wave Dave has been providing my pool maintenance and repair needs for eight years. They are readily available, easy to work with, honest and professional. If I need help with my pool, I call them without hesitation.

Great experience with New Wave Dave. Pool heater replaced. I appreciated Brett patiently explaining how things worked. I learned a couple of new things about my pool in the process. Service manager Collin was good to work with. They showed up on time, stuck to original quote, provided detailed breakdown of cost in quote. Only thing I would recommend for the business: After I paid deposit I never got an official notification of when work would take place. However overall great experience and would use again.

I have found New Wave Dave service to be excellent! Any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently! Christin is always very friendly and helpful, and my pool is always clean ! Definitely recommend!!!

New Wave Dave is the best! Super reliable and always quick to respond. We’ve got a big oak tree in the backyard that constantly drops leaves and catkins into the pool, and they’ve done an awesome job keeping everything clean. I really appreciate how they’ve helped us manage the mess without having to lose our beautiful tree. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great service! Very personable and helpful! We set up the weekly service because we like to use our pool almost daily. Very reasonable prices and we enjoy the convenience of not having to test and make sure I have all the required chemicals! Highly recommend NWD!

This company has maintained an excellent reputation for many years, but I recently had my first opportunity to do business with them. Everything I have heard is true. They did excellent work at a fair price and completed my project ahead of schedule. Aubrey and the other members of the New Wave Dave team were very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I will recommend them to my friends without any hesitation. Great work, guys!

We use New Wave Dave to clean our pool filter 2x a year since it is such a hassle to take it apart, clean, and put it back together. They have been awesome since we’ve been using them the past 2 years, making cleaning our pool filter hassle-free. Now, we take care of the rest of the maintenance such as the chemical balancing, upkeep, and vacuuming throughout the year. I really enjoy doing it. With that being said, I am a very appreciative customer that this company hasn’t pushed their other services onto us. I’ve used some companies that bug you to death to try to persuade you to utilize their other services just to get more money out of you. New Wave Dave is not like that. They are some pretty honest and humble folks. They’re there to do what you asked them to do. They’re a very reliable company that shows up when they are supposed to, does what is asked, and that goes a long way nowadays. Thanks for always being there for when we need you!

The only pool service I recommend is New Wave Dave (NWD). Since our pool was built, NWD has scheduled and performed all the maintenance and repairs. I attribute the consistent quality of the pool water and the longevity of the pool equipment to their technical knowledge and attention to detail. It is true when NWD says "Your Swimming Pool, Our Commitment!".

We just moved to CC and settled into a place with a pool. We picked New Wave Dave based on their rep and positive reviews. Excellent service from the office staff to the field techs. Our pool is country club beautiful and the field techs have been very helpful in explaining the equipment. Prices are transparent with no surprises. Great company! Thank you!

We moved to the island in the summer of 2024. My husband and I are new pool owners and are not experienced enough to maintain the pool ourselves. Chris from New Wave Dave Pool has been servicing our pool, weekly, since the end of last summer.
Chris makes everything so easy for us. He tests the water, makes adjustments as necessary, and routinely inspects all of our equipment to ensure things are functioning properly. Weekly maintenance includes emptying of the skimmer, collecting any leaves/bugs/debris from the pool, vacuuming the pool, brushing the bottom and steps as necessary and ensuring there is no algae growth. He is consistent and reliable. He is also extremely friendly and engaging and seems genuinely interested in how we are doing and what is going on in our lives. I joke withy my husband that he is the only friend that I get so see on a weekly basis - but that is how it feels. We see him every week, welcome him into the little private sanctuary we call home - and he has become a very trusted person in our lives.
Beyond all of those facts, my little dog absolutely adores him. Sometimes Chris brings her treats. Other times he just makes sure to give her extra attention. But he always greets her with as much joy and happiness as she greets him. I love it.
We are grateful to Chris and New Wave Dave and would highly recommend them to anyone!

The guys were on time and very friendly. They removed all the calcium build up from the brick wall where shrubs had been removed. They also cleaned the drive way and removed the oil and build up. They got the job done without any issues. I would recommend them to anyone.
