Mick and Denali were extremely knowledgeable and provided superior service. There are a lot of pool service companies out there, but this is the best one.

I had trouble keeping my pool crystal clear, spent so much money $$$ on chemicals that did nothing. Until I called Mick from swimming pool and spas. He was very helpful and I did not have to spend so much MONEY$$$. I was able to get my pool clear quick. Thank you Mick for all your help.

Found this place on the internet. When I called the business number I was asked to send a text with what I needed a price for, so I did at 9:58am. It was simple I just needed to buy 3" cholorine tabs. Didn't ask for any other assistance and frankly didn't need anything else. Then at 1:12pm I texted again asking for price. I get a text that says $189.99 plus tax. And, the addtl text states if it is for a commercial pool we can offer a better price. I write back immediately and tell them we are a resort and want to know what the "better" price is. Reply was "ok, I'll call you after we finish lunch". I never get a call back on Saturday & so I call the business number on Monday morning. Now, Mick, whom I haven't had the pleasure of talking to at this point, instead of answering what their price is, wants to start asking me a bunch of water quality questions. What? All I asked for was the 3" chlorine tabs at the commercial business price. So, Monday comes and goes without the "better pricing". I just called at 8:30am and Mick answers again. Here's where I am really feeling this place has shady business practices. They only accept cash or check? Then I ask for his address and instead of spitting it out he says they now operate out of their warehouse near Sherwin Williams. Oh, is that an address? I think not. They like to meet people at Everhart & Corona. Really? This is how they do their commercial business? Oh, and when I ask for the "better" commercial price, Mick give me $185.99. That's $4 cheaper. Wow, what a savings. I asked the brand of the tablets and he says "Refresher". I say good, because I do not want to buy Leslie brand products. He asks why and I answer, as is my right, I just don't want to use Leslie products. As if I am required to answer his question, he gets indignant and says he doesn't think this is going to work out and I said yes, I agree and I said GOODBYE. What a joke.

Very friendly, professional, and speedy service! Needed sand today, and after calling them this morning we worked out a plan and only a few hours later I was able to get my sand! They also gave me the best quote for sand!! Even better than big retailers! Will definitely with them in the future!!

I contacted OOFLA and spoke with Mick looking for a pressure well tank. He informed me that he did not have any pressure tanks, but offered to check his resources. He texted me back with information on where I could purchase the tank; he did the leg work in locating one. He went above and beyond to help me find a pressure tank, even though that was not something he sold. He was super friendly and I appreciate his willingness to help. Thanks Mick and God Bless!

Mick and Denalis came over the same day we called and provided outstanding service. Super affordable, very professional, and just amazing people. They inform you of all the results right away. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and eager to answer any questions. They guys are the best!

Nick was awsome! I needed a part for my sand filter. Went online but delivery time was too long and a big name vendor couldn't find the correct part number so wasn't sure if they had it. Called Corpus Christi Swimming pools and spas. It didn't take Nicke long to find it. Got it to me within 4 hours. Filter and pump symptom is up and running. He is programed in my phone now. Great job!

Mick and Denali did a wonderful job fixing our pool! I was messaging him back and forth for advice on chemicals and he answered all of my questions last month. Today, we woke up after a rain storm and our pool pump wouldn't work. We called Mick and he came right over and fixed it. Thank you guys will use again!

Our Spa company hired this company to find leak back in JUL. They came out twice took panels off of spa tore out a lot of the insulation. I understand they need to do that to find leak but to leave if for several weeks without a response and the company that hired them has also been trying to reach them but no luck. The owner, Denali called me on the 18 AUG stating they were having issues with the other phones and to call him or text him if I'm not getting a response I have done that several times he responded once to say "tracking" and that was on 22 Aug and it is now 29 Aug and I still haven't heard back from this company nor has the company that hired him to find leak. If this company treats their customers this bad I recommend not using them unless u have a lot of patients and don't care if they keep u in the dark and or takes over a month and still not find the leak.

Repaired my spa heater and control panel on my 20 year old Morgan hot tub and gave me a free new spa cover -highly recommend there trained techs.

Mick called around to get us the best price. Mick located a sand filter and pump motor quickly. Mick and his trusty helper installed it the immediately.
Mick also has texted several times to make sure everything is working great.

Before using Mick, we had extreme problems with maintaining our pool. It got to the point that we had to drain the pool and start over. Mick has taught us how to properly maintain our pool. Every since our pool has been great. He also installed a new pump as well as piping. He will be replacing our heater this fall as well.

For top notch and affordable service call Mick at Oofla. He is is passionate about what he does and really cares for his customers! He goes the extra mile to provide accurate pool care. He even came out early Mother's Day to make sure our pool was ready for company, we are impressed! Go Mick!

As a first time pool owner I was a little scared but Mick really helped me out. He gave me reasonable prices and also didn't just work on my pool also educated me on how to maintain it myself. Recently my pool was infested with algae due to high amount of rain he was able to get my pool back to looking pristine and inviting in just a matter of days. My summer was saved!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to install an above ground pool and it was a disaster. I should have known the very first day that they didn't know what they were doing, because they didn't know how to operate the machinery to start the ground work (took them hours to figure it out). When it finally looked like they were making progress nearly a week into the job, they installed the liner incorrectly (it was loose, had huge wrinkles and creases). When I asked about it Denali said that they installed the liner according to the directions and that I should call the manufacturer for a new one. Then they stated the liner wouldn't be 100% wrinkle free and that I could go get a liner at Leslie's. You could look at the seam on the liner and see that it wasn't lined up appropriately, but instead of fixing it, they decided to fill the pool up 30% full of water in hopes that this would take all the wrinkles out and tighten the liner. I had to buy a pump and pump all that water back out of the pool. In looking at the job they did there were so many mistakes and they weren' even finished. To name a few: rocks under the liner, pool wall wasn't sittting in the ring underneath the wall, screws inside the pool, pool not leveled, pool wall bent by them in several places, ground wet all around the pool, don't know of that was from them leaving the water running into the grass for 20 minutes or if the liner has a leak, etc. When I asked to speak to the owner of this company to file a formal complaint, Denali told me he was the manager and that he would come by to disuss the issues on next day at 10 am. He didn't show up and did not inform me that he wasn't going to make it until 1 pm. Sorry for the long review but, after the headache that this company caused, I want everyone to be aware. Denali will take on a job when he doesn't know what he is doing, and will try to cover up the mistakes and tell you they did their best and still expect you to pay them.

There is a kid that I deal with who is pretty cool and helpful. But the company itself could had been a little more professional when it came down to a data error on their part . Where they never informed us and then we ended up having to pay a hefty bill like three months later and then there has been a few times where our pool wasn’t kept as well as we would’ve loved, but they are getting better.

My pool pump wouldn’t turn on. I thought it was my flow switch. So I called Corpus Christi swimming pools to ask about the switch. Mick went above and beyond to help me out. He even called the Hayward pool rep to help trouble shoot the problem. Turns out I just had to reset my main pool circuit breaker for about 10 minutes. In my experience, not many companies will walk you through troubleshooting your system to help fix it. Mick did and was very professional. I’ll definitely use him again.

Oofla has a great knowledgeable kind and friendly pool service professional, Mick. We feel comfortable when Mick is taking care of our pool and always feel that the pool service he provides is the best we have experienced. In our four years of owning our pool never before have we felt that the previous pool persons were as knowledgeable as Mick. Other pool services we had were not patient
or willing to work with our needs but Oofla/Mick are always there to please us the customer. Thanks Mick for all you do!
