Denali was absolutely awesome. I’ve been thru 6 pool companies and finally found a great one. Beware lots of pool scammers out there. These guys seem legit. I’d ask for Denali that kid knows his stuff good

CC Pools & Spas saved my pool pump and plumbing during the recent freeze after a fence company hit an underground line and left me without water. Denali came out the same day and fixed everything. He also helped me clean the pool after debris was pushed through the return lines and walked me through how to set up my pump and heater as a new homeowner. Exceptional service and communication. 10/10 would recommend.

Was very impressed with this company, especially Denali. They kept my pool, sparkling, clean and worry free for six weeks after I had an accident I would highly recommend for maintenance cleaning or repair repairs. I will reach out to them again.

Great experience from Vanessa's Cleaning Service. We used them for a deep clean after our renovations and they made our home look and feel clean again. Wonderful communication, close attention to detail and thoroughness, and great customer service. Pricing was reasonable as well. I will be using them more and more!

We have had Vanessa and the team for over 2 years now … can’t say enough about how happy we have been. The people are nice , take their time and do it right and treat our home like they would theirs . Very professional from the start and always open to changes when we needed to make changes to services and times etc… it’s a big decision letting people in to your house and in to your lives… at least it was for us. I found Vanessa's Elite Cleaning Service, Inc. through the Better Business Bureau. They have been accredited since 4/11/2024 and have an A rating. BBB is always the first place I look when I need to hire for a service. Second, I checked for any negative reviews/complaints on BBB as well as Google reviews. I was equally impressed with both. Third, I always request a loose interview/meet and greet with the business I'd potentially like to hire. Vanessa was professional and responsive from the moment I reached out. She was shockingly fast in her response time and continues to be. In addition, she actually has a professional website and not just a FB page. The correspondence was detailed, professional and transparent from the beginning. No intrusive texts or emails filled with grammar mistakes, but true, professional communication. Why is any of that important? Attention to detail and communication skills always reveals so much about a business; especially when hiring a cleaning service. Our final step was having her meet with myself and my elderly mother to make sure this was a good fit. Vanessa was professional, empathetic and clearly has a passion for her clients and her business. She had zero trouble answering any questions about payments or general concerns. She not only speaks the part, but dresses the part. Impressive! Another testament to her professionalism. My top priority was to always hire a company who I felt my mother would be comfortable with having in her home and of course did an exceptional job cleaning. The cleaning technicians we have had thus far are a wonderful reflection on Vanessa. Both ladies have been timely, respectful to my mother and her space and take any particular feedback of preferences with respect and professionalism. Honestly, you absolutely learn a tremendous amount about a company when you give them feedback of your preferences and how they respond. These positive and respectful responses truly ties a beautiful red bow on the top of an already awesome business. I feel incredibly blessed and lucky to have found Vanessa's Elite Cleaning Services, Inc. Many self-owned business' could truly take a page out of her professional approach. Vanessa‘s elite cleaning services did a giveaway for one free basic cleaning. I was blessed enough to win the giveaway But this review is not because I won, but because of the service they provided, and also the professionalism and organized detail oriented business that they showed. Not only did Vanessa come alongside the worker for the day. She did a full walk-through she wrote a checklist and she was very upfront about what was going to get done and what wasn’t going to get done. It was a basic cleaning, but I came home and felt that my home was completely refreshed. Love how they took care of my home, They were very transparent and had great customer service. I’m going to book them for further cleanings and I definitely recommend them. 🤍🧼

I have never had my new construction home cleaned and was nervous to see how it all works but I was impressed. They had 3 ladies here and they knocked it out in 5 hours and I can't thank them enough. I walked in and to be able to see white trim in my home and the cabinets be black without food on them. I am greatful. Would recommend them!

Vanessa’s elite cleaning came and cleaned the house while my mom was away getting an operation! They cleaned all the areas she would be spending time in while she recovered during the week, floors were vacuumed & mopped, kitchen counters were spotless, and the master bathroom was looking brand new! they did a fantastic job all while being a complimentary clean! They aren't the best people outside of cleaning. I waited on them at a restaurant and they were extremely needy and then crossed out a 8% tip they had wrote down and stiffed me all because I was busy and one of the other servers had to take there picture.

The ladies that come to our home are great and do an excellent job. Price very reasonable for a once a month service.
