My elderly mother in corpus Christi needed her septic tank pumped out. I did some research From up here in Michigan. The company came out and took care of my mother and did a top-notch job really a reputable firm, I would highly recommend them.

Originally called and scheduled an appointment to have my septic tank cleaned out. The day of the appointment I received a call at my appointment time that they had an emergency and asked if I'd mind rescheduling. I thought this was professional enough, and understand things happen. Then I had to cancel that appointment because of the 7+ inches of rain, and my neighborhood flooding. After everything dried up, I rescheduled my appointment for the next available opening. Waited a week for the appointment, only to have nobody show up. No phone call, text or anything. That's 2 for 2. It won't happen again. I've already called and scheduled with one of your competitors.

Update:
It was your technician Wallie that had texted me a few times to see if I was ready to reschedule my appointment. I texted him Thursday May 27th at 7:33am to reschedule my appointment. He said Wednesday would be the soonest he could get to me. When I said that was good, he said he'd see me Wednesday after 3pm. You might want to inform Wallie that you are the only one that sets up appointments to keep things like this from happening and losing customers.

Any good business has to have good people. Wallie worked above and beyond what I was expecting. He kept me informed on the timing of the service and explained all the steps. He was very professional and would recommend his company for septic work.

These guys were awesome we had issues with a previous company and these guys really saved the day for our restaurant Cruzys . They came out promptly and with us in a pinch and took excellent care of us !!! I highly recommend these guys !!!! Walter and mike even took care of our emergency cleanup for free these guys are awesome !

This is by far the best experience and quality I have ever had with a septic company who also does grease traps! Not to mention a nice clean hydro jet to clean out the pipes! STGR is who I will be with from now on, I wish I could have found them years ago!

From the first call until the final contact, this was by far the best experience I have ever had by far, they were always on time, kept me informed every step of the process and broke everything down to the letter to make sure that I understood everything that was going on and needed to be done. I was considered with the price and that I wouldn't be able to affect it but they worked with me to put my mind at ease. Extremely professional, kind and straight forward. If they didn't have an answer they told me they would get it for me and did it in a very timely matter. I never had to wait for them. Mike and his crew at South Texas Grease Retrieval are amazing! He has never let me down anytime I have needed him to come out and help me with my septic system. He even came out on an emergency call Christmas eve and took care of us when no one else would. Also his pricing is totally reasonable. Mike runs a great company with awesome ethics. I would definitely recommend getting Mike and his crew to do your septic work. South Texas Grease retrieval is very honest on their prices and they will make sure the job is done correctly. All of the guys were very courteous and respectful and easy to talk to when I had a question. Mike and his crew and company are the best the City of Corpus Christi has. Their prices are the best in town. I know cause I called all over the city. They are honest and really knowledgeable about size of trap and thorough in the cleaning of our trap. They are the best thing to happen for small business.
