Technician was very informative and fixed my water heater in a timely manner. Very pleased with services.

I've have nothing but the best experiences using Custom Filtrations and Plumbing services for BOTH residential and commercial properties. Not only are they very PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL, they are very helpful in finding the necessary solutions. I've used them for installations of gas taps, plumbing leaks in my backyard, to remodeling. They literally can do it all! Highly recommend them 10/10!!

Custom Filtration and Plumbing was amazing. I requested an appointment online and they showed up promptly. Looked at my water heater and found the problem almost immediately. My husband and I asked several questions and they were patient and answered them all. I felt we were able to make an informed decision. We got a new water heater and it took the guys maybe 20 minutes to install it! I was so surprised how fast the install was. I highly recommend them!

Emilio and his team did a great job addressing our concerns with our water softer. They were very diligent in checking all the different water sources and made great recommendations for routine system maintenance. We highly recommend their very professional services.

Rene was my tech that came out to repair my issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use this company again.

Where do I begin !! Mark did amazing out of all the contractors coming onsite HE FOUND THE ISSUE! He was professional he explained every single step he took. It did not take him long to find the issue. I would call him again. Thank you Mark you are amazing !

Jon is a knowledgeable, excellent, well mannered & professional technician. I had an exterior water pipe repaired & 2 weeks later I decided to get an RO system installed. The repair timing was immediate & Justin worked with my schedule. I will definitely continue to use Custom Filtration & Plumbing & request Jon!

8/4/25 Husband loves his osmosis system! I Bought for his birthday; he wanted. Had a filter change done a year and 9 months later. Wow! Filters lasted a long time. Quick, efficient job. Ty

Custom Filtration & Plumbing repaired my Water Heater which was under warranty. Once the part was ordered and delivered, Custom Filtration & Plumbing and Jon installed the part and now we got Hot Water. We are thankful and grateful that our water heater is now heating sufficient Hot Water for the entire house.

Jon Santos did maintenance on my water heater and replaced the under-sink filtration system today. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the job without delay. As always, I continue to highly recommend Custom Filtration for anyone needing filtration services or plumbing work.

We had a difficult part to find for the plumbing for our clothes washing machine hot & cold water. When we called, Justin got back to us immediately & asked for pictures of the parts. They had the valves we needed in the correct size that we couldn't find anywhere else even other plumbing stores. Justin called Brooks at the shop & let him know we were on our way because it was almost closing time & we needed these parts to turn the water back on & wash some laundry. Brooks stayed a little late & helped us & got us what we needed. Both of these gentlemen were very courteous & very helpful. They had great manners & we will definitely use them for anything else we need for plumbing. Appreciated the honesty & the willingness to help us even after it was time to close!!!

Johnny did a great job for us. On time, polite, professional. Really appreciated him putting covers on his shoes. We live in a small home and don’t wear shoes in the house ourselves. The job he did was excellent and he cleaned up after himself. A++ Thank you so much!

I just got an under sink RO system installed and other plumbing works. I am glad I choose this company. From my first call to the tech, Dylan and Rene, everything was clearly communicated and friendly.

Started the conversation with the owner, and ended conversation with Jon and Juan. As a service/install technician myself, these guys went above and beyond expectations. At first it was a little rocky but the owner pulled it altogether and made me feel like I was his last customer of the day and they were about to close and made it happen. Price of the job was more than fair especially when I went looking around. This company is the best at what they do! Now I have hot water again with my new gas lines. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
