Emilio and Jon arrived timely and went over the numerous projects we contracted with them to perform. They replaceda water softener, a kitchen sink, a ball valve on an outdoor faucet and a leaking faucet in our back yard. They worked fast and were very professional. We highly recommend Custom Filtration for your plumbing needs. They dispose of the old materials and clean up any mess they make. Contact them for all of your plumbing needs. They do not disappoint.

Service technician was very polite and friendly, helpful as well . Explained everything that needed to happen. Service technician got the clogged done and found additional debris from my home . He was able to complete this job timely fashion on Christmas Eve . Thank you taking care of my home plumbing.

Top notch experience from two very kind and knowledgeable people. The first came out and took plenty of pictures to come up with a plan and get us an estimate on the service. The second was Dylan. When he arrived we had requests to make changes to the existing plan. He installed a tankless water heater and removed our existing water heater for us. Dylan was professional, worked hard and got us exactly what we wanted even after the requested changes. We are incredibly happy with the service and will be recommending this company to friends & family!

I was not satisfied the way Bryan treated me I needed help with a product that was bought there the manufacture product had 10 year warranty… Be careful he did not help , he gave me the run around .
