On the weekend, they identified the leak, dug it out, and repaired it in an hour! ONE hour! And Peter was friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything in a way I could really understand it! Really great company, I highly recommend!

I had a property that required a complete overhaul of the existing plumbing. Years of neglect from the past homeowners and the home foundation never being repaired, required me to have the entire home ran with new plumbing.

To say that they were qualified for the task is an understatement. While working on the property they allowed me to ask questions (hopefully I wasn't too annoying) and Daniel was able to answer my concerns. During this time (COVID-19) when getting an inspector out to the property is delayed they were able to pass with flying colors without the need to fix any mistakes.

For the up and coming future they will definitely be my go to for future projects.

I would give 0 stars if I could .. this company is a rip off I got charged for a service that wasn't even done. I was told that it would be so much 113 to get the service done not 113 to diagnose the problem. They literally charged me 113 for a 5 minute visit. I'm in tears from how angry I am .. who has 113 to just throw around. Just make sure they are clear with you on what they charge for even showing up before they show up.

I was very impressed with Drain King. Maria was extremely helpful when I called. She sent Abel to my house to fix a water leak. Abel was very professional and polite. I highly recommend them. They are very reasonable.....

We have used Drain King Co for years and they have always been professional, responsive and the plumbers are very patient and respectful. Mr. Abel and his assistant were very nice and explained what they were going to do.

So many issues throughout a job that was quoted two days and lasted over a week. Then tried to claim we had to pay more after they quoted us; then entire house was gutted! Went without gas and water for 4 days after saying it'd be a two day job during a cold snap on new years. Grossly incompetent, go with ABC, better service, real quotes, and a year long warranty. Also, George, Georgie(?) showed up to unclog my waste line, after they left the hole open to fill with mud, as an emergency, call reeking of alcohol

This company showed up to my house and asked me if my house was pier and beam or slab and I repeatedly told him my house was slab. They quoted me $1,700 for a tunnel job and to repair a pipe which I thought was inexpensive but said okay. Two days later the crew shows up and digs a huge tunnel in my yard then leaves it because guess what they run into concrete because it's a slab home. They then leave this massive hole uncovered in my yard. They then take almost two weeks to get back to me with the quote telling me it's now going to be close to $7,000 to finish the job that they started. Luckily I was able to find somebody else to do the job and to clean up their mess. I was surprised this happened with them because in the past I had been using them for the 4 years I lived here and never had any issues but obviously I will never be using this company again. Also they charged me $650 to put a toilet flange in my house which I later on found out is about $150 job considering they were only here for about an hour and a toilet flange is a $12 part. This new crew they have is a joke

Drain King has been out for us a couple of times and have always been professional and fair in their pricing. George was assigned to our project, today, and while I braced for a huge bill he found the problem quickly and fixed it within an hour. Drain King is the best! Thanks George you were awesome!

We had an unexpected plumbing issue come up on a Sunday. Rosa answered the call right away and sent Peter over promptly. He did a FANTASTIC job for us. Service was prompt, well done and priced fairly. We feel we were well taken care of and will absolutely use this company again.

Drain King provided outstanding services for the replacement of clay and cast iron sewer pipes from the home to the city cut off. All employees from technicians, Daniel and Able, to office staff, Maria and Rosa, and several others were professional, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. Everything from the digging to pipe replacement were done in a timely manner. In addition, their estimate was very competitive and fair. I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely use Drain King again!

I have been a customer of Drain King for about 6 yrs. I have always been greeted on the phone with the nicest ladies that made me feel very comfortable. The guys who have come out are professional and tell me exactly what's going on. I recommend them highly.

Cassie was very helpful over the phone and sent technicians Daniel and Chris within the next hour I called, and they were highly professional and polite about everything. I strongly suggest using drain king, they are responsible and have a new customer in their hands. Price was fair enough for the amount of work done at my house. I felt well taken care of and left my house spotless as if they weren’t even there! They are the kings around here!

We ordered a camera inspection but received only an invoice that simply described the problem, and they refused to provide video recording, picture or a report with detailed information. They ignored all of our requests even though they told us their owner or supervisor would follow up soon... Drain King is not a trustworthy business.

Drain king is my number once recommended plumbing company to use!! They are my go to plumbing company for any plumbing issues. I’ve used them for over 5+ yrs, office lady’s and plumbers customer service are professional and are reasonably priced compared to other plumbing companies to the services drain king provides!

Excellent service!! George took care of our leaky faucet in one bathroom and repaired the faucet in our other bathroom.Very professional and quick.We will definitely be using Drain King again.

The name fits the the company. Johnny and Joseph were efficient and extremely helpful. They gave a fair price and took care of the issue quickly. I was able to head back to work in less than hour 😊. These guys truly are KINGS of the trade!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When this began the water was draining at least slowly and I could see the pipe till the u-bend, now it's completely blocked and backed up more. They came out and snaked the drain after I told them I had already done a 25 ft snake. Okay fine, they had to try. Then they went on the roof said there was a clog they couldn't get through. Said they can't tell us what it is because of the clog. Then offer a camera. Said oh sorry our camera can't get through. Why offer to try the camera if you knew if it wasn't going to go through because of the clog. Then they offered to dig out everything and redirect the line instead of telling us what is going on with the current line. So after this expensive experience not only did they not fix the problem, but seem to have made it worse. Very poor service.

Called after hours (7pm) for a clogged main line and were here within the promised time. Johnny was great and took care of the problem quickly. Price wasn’t cheap but reasonable for an after hours emergency

Minus zero stars, asked this company for an assessment and estimate but let them know I had a renter at the home. They charged me and told the renter where the problem was, meanwhile I’ve never seen evidence of their visit, they charged me but won’t give an estimate after numerous calls. I’ve called over six times in one month and no one will call back.

PVC connections under my kitchen sink installed by Drain King of Corpus Christi have disconnected 3 times over past year and a half since installed.

Johnny was amazing was here maybe 30 minutes and my sink works better than it did before it started to back up! Was very grateful helping in our emergency on a strict week and cleaned up!
