Awesome place, awesome people! I've been searching all over town for an aerator for my bathroom faucet. They didn't have the exact part but gave me one that worked. Yes, gave it to me for FREE!

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, but I was surprised that they weren't able to give us the actual "soaking' depths of the bathtubs. Even the major home improvements stores have this information readily available. Price was considerably higher than the home improvement store by almost 100% on the same product . Really wanted to give them our business due to the friendly staff but don't have money to throw away.

MPS is the best plumbing company in Corpus Christi because only the best plumbers work for them.

I didn't get a chance to meet any of the technicians. I called to get a clogged line cleaned out, the guy was nice enough, but he informed me they only work on new construction. Hmmm...Should Advertise that instead of wasting my time.

Just don't bother. The website says that a lot of customers call for service after seeing a company truck in the neighborhood That is exactly what I did. The site also says they offer residential repair, rerouting as well as new construction When I called for service the very rude female who answered the phone informed me they ONLY do new construction. Either this is false advert or everyday rude, lazy employee who doesn't want to work. Whatever the issue save your time. Might I suggest changing your ads and/or firing the woman who answered the phone on the morning of 1/23/2020

This plumber is working on a new build in our neighborhood and he drove too fast through the neighborhood and then proceeded to tailgate me all through our quiet little town. Very unprofessional. When you drive around in a truck with your company’s logo on the side you represent your company. I would never do business with them.

I contacted Drain King about a sewer pipe/ line needing to be rerouted and replaced. The secretary (Maria) was very understanding about the issue I was having and scheduled an estimate. The supervisor (Daniel) showed up as scheduled and arrived in a timely fashion, to do the estimate. He assessed the issue at hand and gave me a quote on the pipe needing to be replaced. The contract was written out the following day and I went to go leave my deposit. The permit was pulled and the work got done 3 days later, do weekend and permit needing to get pulled. The test was done and the work passed by the city inspector, with flying colors. I am very pleased with the work that was done and with the workers that made it possible for me to have water, as it is a necessity!!! The price quote was very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend Drain King to anyone requiring any plumbing issues they may have or that should ever arrise. Thank you, Drain King for your excellent service!!! I consider you all best of the best, when it comes to plumbing issues. Thank you, Drain King!!! Your business is a life saver in my eyes!!!
