Charles Services is a wonderful and competent company. I had them install an outdoor ceiling fan in my backyard pergola. Their electrician, Dustin demonstrated his expertise in his work. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend using Charles Eletric Services! Called one afternoon to have some wires moved out of some walls for a remodel. Had guys there the next morning, got it done and knocked out fast! Very reasonable rates, with exceptional customer service!!

Great service, I called late on a Friday night they came out the next day no problem. Had a follow up concern they came back out no problem and got us fixed up. Very efficient and easy to work with, will use again in the future and recommend to family and friends.

They was referred to me because I did not have an electrician & I had called 2 other companies out to my elderly parents (88 & 82 years old) house and was quoted 3K and 13K from other companies. They did the job for dang near half of 3K. So I did a post on my Facebook page and Moore's Plumbing who i have done business with for years referred me to them. THEY ARE HEAVEN SENT & FAMILY OWED AND IT SHOWS👈👈 I told them what was going on (which was a NIGHTMARE WITH ONCOR & MY PARENTS HOME OWNERS INSURANCE) yall they came out the same day spoke with the ONCOR and the City Of Dallas about what they wanted done in order to get their power back on and THEY DID IT!!!!!!!!!!
Again I own a company as well and ONLY REFER another company if they are them bomb. I'm telling you now HIRE THEM you will be taken care of!!

I called early morning for some kitchen light fixtures that weren't and flickering they called back and had a guy out there within hours. Checked breaker and everything was good. Just bad lights. They replaced light fixtures and no more problems. We found our local electricians! Recommending to all our neighbors

He was book up but he still made time to come out to investigate my problem and repaired it. He is fair honest and prompt.

No call no show. Left message with Anthony, no return call till days later. Made an appointment to see the project, I waited 30 minutes past our appointment time to call him to see if he was coming. He told me he had another stop ahead of me then could come. He made no apologies why he was going to be hours late. At that point I told him to forget about it so he hung up on me. Very rude, unprofessional and careless to others time. Very disappointed how I was treated.

We have used him in the past and was very pleased with a job well done and his professionalism. Tonight he contacted me regarding the issue I was having and offered to help. After spending minutes walking me through ideas to try, we figured out and fixed problem. Time much appreciated at 8:00 pm.
