These guys came to the rescue last week when we had an emergency situation. They were out within minutes and got the repairs done fast, it took maybe 2 hours from the initial contact to completion of the work. We recommend Charles Services highly. Thank you guys so much!

JD and Frank arrived first thing in the morning and did a trouble shoot on three different breaker boxes and found a bad 60 amp breaker and replaced. They were very professional and respectful and explained everything as they proceeded with the fix.

I had two light fixtures go out at the gym and this is the only company willing to come out at short notice and before the bad weather hit. Anthony and his crew came out quickly and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this company. They will be the first company I call for any electrical services.

I don’t even call anyone else because I know the quality, pricing and care they put in their work.
Anthony and David always go above and beyond to help the customer, instead of cutting corners and trying to save where they can, they sympathize with the common homeowner and make it right for them so long term they are taken care of.

Russell and Don they are the best they can they have everything you need in electrical and plumbing supplies plus the experience and knowledge to help you with any problem that you might have whenever there is something I can't figure out myself I always go to them not only they trusted friends they're very knowledgeable in their fields they are also cheaper than home Depot and Lowe's no other reason to go nowhere else but Crandall electric and plumbing they also have septic supplies they also carry supplies for manufactured homes.

You couldn't get a better pair of Guys...they have helped me greatly on my old Craftsman home that I'm restoring and they offer good honest sound advice. They are very well stocked and they'll get you what you need and not sell you anything you don't need.

Can’t say enough about Russell and Don’t! Have helped me with multiple things in the 15 years I have owned a home in Crandall! So much cheaper than anywhere else. Plus, they are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things if you need some help. I have even just gone in to ask them a question before and they walked me through the whole thing! They are the best ever! I learned about them through my father. He knew them for many years prior to me meeting them. They have always been very helpful and courteous. I appreciate how kind and caring they were with my father, especially as he became elderly. They were very respectful and kind! These people are wonderful and very knowledgeable of their trade. I can not believe that there are not more posts and I can't believe that I am just now leaving a comment myself after so many years of conducting business with them myself!!!!!
