I had a great experience with 1st class Air & Restoration! they were very responsive to my call, diagnosed the issue with my AC unit accurately, and provided a fair price for the repair. I had called out a A/C & heating company for my elderly father in law and that company was taking advantage of him and was going to take $13,000 from him to replace his inside and outside unit and first class air and restoration fixed it without replacing it. I especially appreciated the technician's knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions. They were incredibly professional and arrived on time for my AC repair. They explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly, leaving my home cool and comfortable again. I would highly recommend them!"

I was quoted at 18k by Willard heating and air. Called First class they showed up gave me an estimate for 8K came back next day changed out the full unit within 4 hours. I own an office space that I lease to tenants. I called Dale when the quote I received from the original installer seemed very high. Not only did the whole unit NOT need to be replaced, Dale informed me it was still under warranty. He worked around the tenants schedule and had the problem fixed in 3 days. Savings: $9,235. He’s honest. He knows his stuff. I.trust.him. …and I wish he was also a plumber….😜

Came out late to check why my heater wasn’t working and very quickly discovered the issue. The gas had been turned off when I had a gas leak during the summer and it was never turned back on. He turned the gas on and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Super nice and honest. I highly recommend him.

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by First Class Heating and Air Conditioning, and I am happy with the results. From start to finish, the team was friendly and courteous. They provided a free estimate based on number of returns and vents, as well as Hepa air scrubbers - no hidden fees. They arrived on time and spent the day cleaning the system.

Overall, they did a good job and provided positive recommendations to ensure my system runs efficiently. You should consider them for your a/c needs and duct cleaning service.

Del and his team are extremely efficient, professional and ethical. Del was transparent and communicative throughout our entire remediation process and completed our project in a very timely manner (even early!!). He openly explained everything to us so that there were no surprises and was very reasonably priced. He came highly recommended to us, and I can see why. We contacted accurate home services on Wednesday morning, and they came out the same day. Our heater in the kitchen had gone out and that of course was the coldest day so far.

The staff is very professional, took care of what they could do on Wednesday.

The technician discovered the heat strip and the blower motor were bad. . That air handler was only four years old.

Just to clarify accurate home services did not install this equipment, it was installed by another vendor they simply came out to service it

They came out the next day and installed the new parts and now our kitchen is finally above 55°.

Our Master AC started acting up. We called Accurate AC and figured it would be Monday before they could come out- I was pleasantly surprised to hear they could come out on a Sunday and not for a huge fee. Tommy got us running.
Thank You again for an excellent job.

The guy quoted me over 3x more than what my brother was charged for the same exact job. He got 2 and I still would have paid more for one. Not to mention he tried telling me the dispatch fee was 97 and I said that was wrong and he knew exactly what the number was after I said that, which was 79. Idk why a company wouldn’t have a base price for each job.

I just have few words to say which are 100% positive about the company and technician who helped us. Scott from Accurate Electric Services did an amazing job. All of the work was done accurately, efficiently, and professionally on time. I highly recommend the company for any electrical issues or changes.

The first tech on site didn't seem interested in replacing my filter dryer on the HVAC, but rather scared me into replacing the whole AC/Heater system costing nearly 13 thousand dollars, which was more than this family could afford.
Also while checking in on the installers I noticed there was extreme damage and mold on the Trunk below the new unit that the air blows into, because I am not familiar with the technique to repair the trunk , I will likely have to repair the trunk myself or hire someone to fix it properly.
The AC is performing very well. The new unit does not struggle and cools the home.

Late night emergency and they did not disappoint. Showed up assessed the situation and then fixed our leak! Amazing service.

Quick and efficient service. Technician had my AC working in no time. Technician was very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he had to do.

I understand emergency fee, no problem. However 328 bucks to blow air down a line, I think was a bit much.
