This place rocks. Yes, it's a store at the dump but you'd be amazed at what they got and for how much money... Puts stores like Dirt Cheap to absolute shame.

Make sure your garbage lid isn’t “overloaded” more than an inch or they won’t pick it up.

They are expensive, customer service takes forever and using the pick up calendar is a nightmare. Why are there two colours? Every other day and no key to explain it. I wouldn't bother posting but Ive been on hold for 20 minutes so far and last time it was just as long. My mum lives off the same street but a different sub division I can walk to her house in 5 minutes and I am legit paying 35 more per month and they won't say why ><. We don't have an alternative in Kyle so this sucks.

They haven’t picked up my recycling for over 1 month. Call and ask for help and
You’re left on hold. With no help. The they want to charge you an extra 50$ come out and pic up the recycling they didn’t get the first time around.
Sucks it’s the not trash place the city of Kyle uses. Also I blame Kyle for being dumb enough to use this company

Just terrible. Poor customer service. I work them commercially and I have to contact them multiple times to get anything done.

Drove to the landfill today, 2 mattresses + 1 box spring + 1 headboard = $140 charge

These people are gouging the public.

Called once a day for 4 straight days before getting a response. I was then informed that they would be unable to help me. Would have been nice to know 4 days ago

They keep making excuses not to pickup our trash on Tuesdays I call them and they don't know why there worker's couldn't pickup our trash we pay for Tuesday pickup and I'm not the only one out here who's trash isn't being picked up.
