We're selling our home and needed a deep-clean after some remodeling. Concepcion was on time to our appointment, gave a quote on the spot, and completed the job (extraordinarily well!) on time - which just so happened to be the next day. Cleaning included an outdoor patio area, wiping down the insides and outsides of all cabinets, drawers, and vanities, inside and outside windows, and cleaning hardwood floors, along with "everyday" services (like bathrooms, kitchen, & cleaning the inside of the oven). DEFINITELY give her a call!

Concepcion did great in our home at Kodiak crossing. She cleans other homes in our neighborhood as well. Coming home to a spotless home after she comes to clean is great I have continued to share her services with my neighbors.

I hate having to write this review. I am a long time customer. Service used to be spot on but communication has always been lacking. I have texted and called with no response to either. I just had to hire a new company for service because I haven't been serviced for 17 days when I pay for weekly service.

This pool service is really amazing. Mr. Romero will make your pool great in no time. Dedicated, on time, and good quality sums up this business.

I’ve called many times and have never talked to a person. It isn’t that big of a deal bc you can text the number listed. I got a response fairly quickly when I text and scheduled a day to have my pool filter cleaned. The day arrived and they never showed up. I texted, called, and left a couple messages throughout the day and never got a response. I called back the next day and left a message then as well. It has been three days since our appointment and still haven’t heard from them. I have no clue what happened and they didn’t even have the professional courtesy to call back. If there is a resolution I will update this review.

They received my message and responded immediately! Next day for the service I needed, which was an acid wash. They have great customer service and are just as good at what they do! They will stay on my speed dial and I have never been happier with my pool than I am now! Did I mention super affordable? I can say this because I have shopped around and been taken advantage of more than once. Thank you guys! I am so happy!

We have been using these guys for over a year and they are great. Other companies were in and out in 10 minuets leaving stains and dirt in the pool. These guys take their time and really know their stuff. They know the equipment and chemistry. I have had them repair and replace equipment as well as treat iron stains on the walls of our pool. Our pool always looks amazing.

JC Romero is very knowledgeable about pool equipment and the care of a pool. He's definitely about the quality of his work. He's very reasonably priced, quick to get you back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend him for all your pool needs

They have been taking care of my pool since we bought our house last summer . They have done some lighting repairs on the pool as well.

I went from having my hands full with a home remodel and a pool to take care of and they have removed that responsibility off my shoulders and done an awesome job keeping the pool clean and chemicaly treated .

His communication level is not good . My biggest complaint about the service . Cannot be gotten ahold of on the phone most of the time . It has gotten so bad I had to hire someone new after working with them for 5 years . I hate it but this is the truth

I love their self bathing area for the dogs. I wish other customers took better care of it, but it’s so convenient and the staff is always friendly!

If you want a service that doesn't mow the full yard, these are your guys... If you want a service that holds the weed wacker up in the sky and not on the ground... these are your guys... if you want to have missed spots all over the place..these guys are for you... if you want the pine needles to engulf your property and form an aliance against it... these guys will help you with that. If you want the bottom service available.. these guys will do it for less... If you want garbage ran over and spread all over the lawn... these guys are perfect for you... They have been the worst that the condos have had ever.... One more thing.. if you want to ask them to cut the weeds on the side of the red line... smh.. these guys will leave it there to grown another lawn on the pavement.. Probably better off hiring the local highschool kids..
