These people have repeatedly ghosted us like they just hate money.
Both times my AC has gone out with different issues they've come out to look at it, say they need to order a part and then dont call back. We call to see what's up, they say they need to confirm this or that and will call you back and then dont contact you again....

These guys are great they saved me from having to buy an entire furnace a couple years ago when another company told me it couldn’t be repaired,,,,so I got them to keep maintenance on both of our homes very polite and knowledgeable with very fair costs
also honest about if something needs replacing or repair,,so , we are now getting an estimate on a new entire system for one of the homes from Otis since the unit there is very old with problems and is best to replace than repair ,,,,Ricky Murphy

Air went out on a Sunday. They sent a tech out for repair. Was up and running in no time. Was the capacitor. Plus the visit and part was covered under warranty for us. Win win.

Otis quickly showed up and installed a new system after a power surge knocked out my compressor. His crew had the whole system install in just a few hours, including removing the old equipment. Otis even waited until the insurance company issued payment to get his fees. The price was even below what the insurance company estimate was. Thanks Greg and Kristin for your help.

OMG!!! Let me just say 1,000,000,00 stars for this company. Highly satisfied with Otis, Chris, and the other guys that worked with us to get our air back up and running. From start to finish they communicated efficiently and effectively. I would recommend to anyone needing assistance with an issue with their air conditioner.

They do Installions, Maintenance, and Repair.

These people ( from the receptionist to the field technicians) are awesome! Professional looking, friendly, experienced, no nonsense, just listened carefully the issue description, and went right to work. Very careful of the home environment. Repaired / cleaned the drainage issue quickly, and gave excellent on-going maint advice to minimize future issues. Just a great customer experience!

My family and I have used Otis Heating & and Air for over 15 years. They get someone out there as soon as they can which is same day most if the time and get the job done. We have used other companies before and have had to always go back to them because they couldn't fix the problem going on. Definitely Recommend!

Update March 2026: Well this time our AC was broken, but called Otis and they were here next day, and did a great job, as always! And very competitive prices too! We still highly recommend!

Otis Heating and Air Conditioning Installed my entire system in 2013 and has serviced it ever since. On January he installed a new heating Kit. Because they now longer manufactured the replacement kit as one piece, they had to fashion a new kit and replace each part.. They completed the task to my complete satisfaction and now I have a warm house again. It wasn't cheap but well worth it

Otis is one of a few A/C and heating services local to our area. I moved into the area in 2017 and 2 times in the past, I called their competition and both times had great results. So fast forward to a couple weeks ago. My A/C started acting up. So I got on Google, and looked for local A/C outfits. Called the first number that came up because that's what I'd done in the past. BIG MISTAKE. Instead of who I thought I was calling, I got Otis. But I went along with it. Thinking that an A/C guy is an A/C guy, right??? WRONG!!! They sent one of their "technicians" to my house. Their professional "diagnosis" was that my outside condenser unit was burned up and needed replacement. That would have cost me a few thousand dollars. I was immediately suspicious, because this unit was replaced about 6 years ago. I actually waited for them to quote me the cost of installation of a new condenser unit. Not really sure why...... A couple days went by and I didn't hear anything. So I called Otis's local competition. The same guy that had been to my house a couple of times previously shows up. Within 5 minutes, he had my problem PROPERLY diagnosed as a faulty capacitor. He replaced it and another 5 minutes later, my A/C was running. So it was a quick, simple fix. A new condenser unit was NOT required. Otis was trying to screw me over, but luckily, their competition is a bit more honest and saved me a couple grand$$. Word to the wise...... DON'T call Otis. The one you want to call...... Think of what you call "frozen water". You're welcome.
