Floyd has been my AC man for over 20 years. I have owned several properties over the years and he has always done a great job. He goes the extra mile to make sure I am always satisfied. He is quick and his prices are fair. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest, intuitive and fair AC man.

Do not contact this place. He put a brand new unit in 2022… the heat wouldn’t work. Summer comes and guess what air conditioner doesn’t work. He will not tape hoses that go off has a constant leak. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. He will blame you for everything. He will accuse you of lying about air conditioner being broken when it’s 103 outside and your thermostat says it’s 95 inside. He will tell you he fixed everything after he had to haul out water instead of fixing the drain pan and letting it drain out to show you it works and you won’t have to worry about your roof leaking again. Instead he will tell you he’s going to pick the water up off the ground in your front yard and put it back in the pan. He’s rude and clearly has no idea what he is doing.

Chris diagnosed the thermostat problem quickly and installed a replacement quickly. He did excellent work!

Honest, dependable, and don't try to upsell. They actually try to save the customer money. We've used their services for 20+ years and have never been disappointed.

I used Otis A/C twice and they always helped out big style and went beyond my expectations. So, I can honestly recommend them as an excellent local A/C service, father & son business.

Last summer my AirCon went kaputt in the biggest heat, and they came after working hours to repair it solid with out any extra charge. "We are not making money with people in need" the man said.

Now, you tell me when you've witnessed such a noble attitude the last time?!

Quick and thorough on the spring inspection.

We have a very old unit. It needs to be replaced and we will be doing that soon. In the mean time we have had to call this company 3 or 4 times to patch it to hold us over until we are ready to buy a new one. Of course it always breaks late on a Friday. Every time we call they answer. They always come out same day or early the next and always at the expected time, or we get a phone call. He always explains exactly what is wrong and always what needs to be done before doing it. He knows we need a new unit and he doesn’t push the issue just fixes it and answers all my questions and shows me the broken piece. The issue is usually age related. I will use these guys every time.

They are an up to date HVAC provider. They are quick, professional and does honest service! My AC wasn’t cooling and my house was getting pretty warm. I was noticing the humidity was getting close to 80% and I didn’t want to wait. I reached out to Otis Heat and Air. Kristen answered and the tech arrived quickly. He charged the unit and explained that there was a coolant leak. Seeing our age and condition of the system they worked up a replacement system and got us up and running.
After all we went through, now my house is comfortable. It’s great to have a HVAC company that I can rely on in a pinch.

I had several estimates before I reached out to Otis, and they both told me I needed to completely redo my ductwork (witch was going to cost a lot!). Otis, on the other hand, was able to repair the existing ducts, and they did it in short order for a fraction of the cost. They also repaired my AC fan motor for a reasonable price which is important because im a pensioner). These guys were first rate!
