AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST... PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND MONEY FOR NOTHING... This place charged 65$ for them coming down here with false information. We needed our washer fixed, we bought the right part for the lid lock and they told us it was the wrong part and that they knew what they were talking about. This guy went on for 20 minutes about how he was an appliance genie, and has been in the bussiness for over 30 years. A guy came the next day(different company) and fixed our whole washer cor cheaper. And he said it was the right part and everything. PLEASE READ THIS MORE... We called back for our money back and how they gave us false info, and they hung up in my face, and when i tried to call back, they ignored every call. AVOID PLEASE THEY DIDNT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK AND LIED TO US.

Came out to fix our Dishwasher, told us they ordered the part and would return to fix it. We turned on the dishwasher & boom, same issue, it flooded our floor, so we called the warranty company who sent them out for the repair, they sent a second opinion to find out the never fixed the part, so we spoke to the manager, he claimed they fixed the seal. Lies on top of lies, now we have to repair the floor, because they claim the 2nd opinion is fixing something totally different. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY. Even the warranty company said this was the last of them COMPLETE, problems with them over & over.
