Beware of this company. They go by multiple names and phone numbers: We had them out to repair our oven and after they came out and charged us almost 300.00 dollars, they never came back to install the part. Every time we called them we got a different lie as to why they never came back. They finally told us they would refund our money which turned out to be another lie. Now they will no longer take or return our calls.
Save your time and money by going elsewhere. This company has no regard for a client’s time. Aside from my frustrating experience, I do not believe this to be a Crowley-owned business. One of the reviews about multiple numbers is true. I received a confirmation text (with an inactive link) from another business name and number (Advantage Services). My diagnostic meeting window was Friday from 2-4pm (which I took off work for). I received a call a little after 4pm asking about my washer machine make/model. I was frustrated since I had already been waiting 2 hours and had already given that information upon booking. The technician’s response was that their secretary isn’t a technician and he asked for a picture of the inside of washer. I waited until well after 5pm without any communication (nor apology) about their delay. I texted the number about their ETA and ended up canceling (at about 5:30p) and did not hear back from them. The only positive thing is their secretary was courteous. To this business: do better by communicating and don’t overbook yourself.
