Do not use this place. The guy that came out was at my house for 15 minutes and charged $250 to replace the thermostat on my dryer. They lied about applying the diagnostic fee to the total price.
If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I asked them to fix my washer, the gentleman that came out was here about an hour and said it was fixed, left without even running it through a cycle to make sure it was fixed. It was not. The gentleman came back out said it was something else, came back out, left water all over my floor and all over my counters where my appliances where plugged in. I have a broke leg I almost slipped and fell. Said he needed to come back the next day to fix it didnt show up. I had to call repeatedly. Finally came back the following day said he fixed it and again not fixed now its something else. They want me to pay more for something else they say is wrong but its the same issue from the start. This is ridiculous! Now he is just guessing. I just want someone competent to fix my machine.
