TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made an appointment and had to wait a week. Okay that was okay considering we just came off a hard freeze and I understand people had thing's go wrong. My appointment was Saturday 2/27/21 time I was given was between 12-1pm. I waited till 2pm and called the office to try and get an idea of a closer time. I was told I was 3rd on the list. The receptionist said she would call to find out a closer time. I called back 3:30pm she told me she didn't hear from him. I called back at 4pm I was told he hasn't responded. I called back at 4:45pm no answer!!! Well they never called nor did they show up!!!! I'm furious. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
