Steve, the owner of Ace's Appliance and Ace's Pool exceeded all expectations. He not only replied to my online request within 24 hours, completed the initial project to move my washer and dryer to a new location, but was able to assist in completing several projects in the home I recently purchased in Keller. Steve and his staff are extremely professional, resourceful, honest, and I had struggled to find anyone who fit those expectations since living in the area. I not only hired Ace Appliance, I was so pleased to hear he also owned a pool care company and have hired Aces Pool Care to do my weekly pool maintenance. Exemplary customer service. Matt and Cole were punctual, dependable and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process. Our dishwasher was leaking and Aces Appliances were able to check it out within a day, fix it at a great price, three days later. The part comes with a warranty plus for 30 days, if anything else goes wrong on my dishwasher, they will fix it. Awesome company and would use them again on other appliances.
