Austin has come to help us with our dishwasher and he is extremely knowledgeable and fast to address to issue. He is quick to order any necessary equipment and is prompt for his scheduled appointments. Highly suggest if you are ever needing any appliance support! Did I mention how kind he is??

I recently moved from the Chicago area to Keller and was desperate to find an honest, reliable, professional Appliance Repair company. Steve, the owner of Ace's Appliance and Ace's Pool exceeded all expectations. He not only replied to my online request within 24 hours, completed the initial project to move my washer and dryer to a new location, but was able to assist in completing several projects in the home I recently purchased in Keller. Steve and his staff are extremely professional, resourceful, honest, and I had struggled to find anyone who fit those expectations since living in the area. I not only hired Ace Appliance, I was so pleased to hear he also owned a pool care company and have hired Aces Pool Care to do my weekly pool maintenance. I have already recommended Steve and Ace's to all my friends and am grateful to know someone in the service industry is still willing to go way above and beyond for customers.
