The staff Stop restoration was very helpful at explaining the process and kept my in touch with the progress through out the whole ordeal. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done on my home. Thanks to the staff and also Jerome his insights made a difference.

STOP was very thorough in our mold remediation. Bianca and Morris in the office were very helpful and clear in explaining protocols. Roger McCray was very respectful and took great care in doing his work. All other employees that came out were very good as well. Their professionalism made a bad experience as good as it could be.

Great Veteran Owned company. I always try to look at Veteran Owned companies 1st. I also know that since Justin Grove started their it will even get better. Dedicated employee and a Great Company!!!!

I had the greatest customer service experience with Lisa. Communication was consistent and always very informative. The deadlines were met at every phase of the project. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends!

I highly recommend Scott and his team for any mold, water damage, or home repair work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough from start to finish. Scott took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure the job was done right. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations — everything was cleaned up, repaired, and restored perfectly. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust, but Scott’s honesty and attention to detail really stand out.

I wish I could give them NO stars, couldn't get past a phone conversation Lisa was talking over me the whole time. Will never do business with this company. Get some employees who care about the customer mould is a serious issue not to be taken lightly.
Edit: If your employee had the capacity for patience to LISTEN to what I had to say as opposed to talking over me the issue would have been explained. Regardless if I'm the home owner or not I called to ask questions about the process because the property management company has been dragging their feet for 3 years but you know who cares about my family being sick and having health issues let's keep it all about policy and procedures. Where's the ethics in that?!

They did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. They were prompt, kind, and professional. Rosie was especially helpful with coordinating the appointment. Would highly recommend them!

Noticed a leak in my laundry room that apparently had been slowly leaking for a while. Called STOP Restoration to for a quote on repairs and to ensure I didn’t have mold as it appeared to have been a while before I noticed the leak. He explained to us the whole process, even helped us with filing the claim and answered all our concerns. Legacy Roofing completed our roof replacement following a hail storm this year. The sales rep was professional and did exactly what he said he could do in working with the insurance company to replace the roof with the same grade shingles we had. The roofers completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up so you would not know they had been there!
