I called Blue Water. The lady that answered the phone said someone would call us back in a few days. He actually just called and without even knowing me, said their pools are high end and I should look elsewhere Little does he know, I just cane into some money. Terrible.

It really is a waste of time if you expect to go to the showroom to talk to someone without an appointment. Went today and had to fill out a form for them to get back to me. This was a very disappointing experience. Had to go to the office after being in the showroom almost 25 minutes. There was a feeling of not caring or not knowing that there was a customer in the showroom.

Scott made everything happen. We love our new outdoor kitchen and pool. I would use them again.

I would never use this company based on how they allow their employees to drive the company trucks. Speeding, swerving through traffic, and road etiquette is appalling. I can't imagine how they treat their customers.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused pool company, look no further. Great company and great employees. I would recommend everybody to use them.

Had Blue Water design and construct our pool in 2011. Great job by all involved. Had some issues but were resolved in a timely and professional manner. They still maintain our pool to this day. Thanks Blue Water.

Had a apt that I took off work for. No one called or showed up. Called 4 times and they can’t say why then hang up. Not professional. Guess they don’t want to make a sale. Beware these scam artists run your credit without asking before they even come to apt!!!! Claim they tell you when making apt. They don’t.

If I could rate them lower I would. We never approved for them to come out and provide service to our pool. We opted for a less expensive company. Blue Water came out the day before the approved vendor and now wants over $500 for a leak test we didn't approve. We tried to talk with him but he refused to make it right and is now threatening a lien on our house. Very bad business. Run from this company!

Unprepared and unprofessional. Poor communication, and when the guy said how busy they were, I tried to tell him I understood but got cut off. They'll hand out 82k renovation bids but won't follow up like they say. They may be busy, but they weren't too busy to earn that 1 star review today, though.

Blue Water pools did an awesome job!! Scott drew an awesome plan and discussed the layout with us. We couldn't be happier with our Blue Water pool. He also recommended that we add a heater to the pool and I'm so glad we did. We are able to extend our swim seasons by months every year! My son actually had his first swim of the season on March 16th! It's not just a summer pool! Blue Water built our pool in the summer of 2012 and to this day if we call Scott with a question or concern he always makes himself available! Thanks Scott for always going above and beyond.

Terrible terrible horrible experience!!! So I pay blue water pool almost 200 a month, for a guy who is out at my pool for 15 minutes at best per week. Things went smoothly for the first couple of months, then progressed downhill after that! PH was logged at 8.0 but no corrected action was taken. When I called to complain, Jeff the service manager tried to explain it away. Clearly your own charts tell you that it’s not OK!!! Now we come to today had my water tested and my chlorine is 10+ and my PH is 8.0!!!! Once again Jeff the service manager tried to explain it away!! So what did I do...... I fired him!!! Don’t ever come out and service my pool ever again!!! It’s all about the money and how fast you can get to the next pool with this company

I'm a realtor and was showing my buyer a property with a pool when Hayden (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) popped in to do his regular servicing. We began asking him many questions as neither myself or the buyer have experiences with pools. Hayden was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He spent time answering all of our questions, giving quotes on what he could, and gave us phone numbers and names to reach out to in office for the quotes he couldn't give us.

After a few years of procrastination on whether we wanted a pool, we decided to bite the bullet and reached out to multiple pools companies in the DFW area.

Out of all the companies that came out, only Scott from Blue Water Pools eased our fears and designed a pool that not only was exactly what we wanted, but within out budget.

Scott also brought in engineers to ensure we could build up to our house and had all engineering specifiations appropriate for the build. Every other pool company never mentioned surveys by engineers or gave a design that fit.

From the moment we signed, Scott walked us through the entire process, ensuring we picked the materials that had 15-20 year warranty at no extra cost.

Scot answered all of our questions and both him and his team were patient and ensured we were kept in the loop all the way through construction.

Every single contractor who worked on the project were both polite, professional and treated our home with the utmost respect.

Not only did they do a great job on the pool, but upgraded the outdoor kitchen, created a fantastic patio area that will be fantastic for entertaining come warmer weather. They really did create a calming, modern outdoor area for our family.

Would I recommend Blue Water Pools to friends and family, absolutely and without hesitation.
