From start to finish, Blue Water has been amazing. Scott drew out what we wanted and took the time to help us choose all of the customizations we were looking for. They got started right away and kept us updated with the timeline. Frankie was awesome, he always asked if we had any questions and explained every step of the process very well so we were in the loop. They got the job done in a timely manner and did it well. It was SUCH a smooth process from start to finish. I’ve heard horror stories about other pool companies and we’re so glad we didn’t choose anyone else but Blue Water because we did not experience anything negative with them at all. Highly recommend!

Let's start with our pool being green half the time. It seems they intentionally let the pool turn green in order to charge even more services (ie. filter cleans). In 5 months we've had 3 filter cleanings, and the pool has never been worse.

This company does not deserve a 1-Star Review. They deserve 0.

To start, the Office Staff (as so many mention) are very rude and unprofessional. They will deny this blaming my wife who merely held them accountable to promises made (can't wait to see that reply), but the truth is - they are the unprofessional ones and would treat her so disrespectfully time and time again.

I will not name names, although it has been mentioned in previous reviews, and ownership should really consider hiring new people for the office.

In regards to "pool techs" - they cannot keep them and are constantly running around putting fires out, because techs are quitting all the time. At first I had empathy for the supervisors, but over the past few weeks I've realized, this company is beyond disorganized and it's no wonder people do not want to work with them.

In all fairness, we have an older, somewhat difficult pool. However, one team member was able to get the pool into shape and keep it there for 2-3 months. The minute she left, everything changed. We did not have techs come out for at least one week we know of, maybe 2, and those that did stayed 5 minutes. Not nearly enough time to add chemicals. We saw this with our own eyes, by the way. And the pool immediately and quickly declined due to the lack of care by this team.

Now, I am stuck with a green pool that needs a complete overhaul yet, the minute we fire them they still invoice us. It's hysterical, really. I guess the $800 we forked over last week to get the pool BACK in order isn't enough for them, but I digress.

Something to note: the supervisors make promises they never intend on keeping. Intention is the key word here. We were told several times people would be out to help us get the pool back in order after our tech resigned, but they never showed. Instead - they listed things I needed to do for them to do their job, which I did by the way, and still continued to put us off for over a week.

When my wife called the office to hold this company accountable, the office manager laid her phone down and refused to listen to our frustrations. That's the kind of company you will be dealing with, should you decide to hire them.

I chuckled when I read that review about a supervisor - "always an excuse." Yep, spot on.

As a business owner, I wholeheartedly encourage anyone reading this review to find another Pool Company.

You will regret hiring Blue Water Pools, I assure you.

Best group of professionals to work with, when planning a pool build, and continuing with pool service when finished. Enjoyed working with them throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them to build your backyard oasis.

Blue water pool installed my pool several years ago. It already has a crack down the center of the pool because they did not put the drains far enough away from my house. My acre lot is sand and they did not account for this. Do not spend thousands of dollars for a new pool for it to have to be refinished within a few years of installing a pool. Buyer beware

Scott and his team have been serving and maintaining our pool for over 15 years and have done a fantastic job! They have fixed many of the issues that we have had and from plumbing, to plaster repair, and replaced all of the rock work and coping! Best in the Business!!!! I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs from new construction to monthly maintenance!

Shiver’s has great customer service. They are very professional and thorough. I’ve used other services before and was far less satisfied. Also they aren’t shady at all. I feel completely safe leaving them alone at my house.

I recently contracted Integra Lawns to maintain a vacant rental property while I was rehabbing it and acquiring our next tenant. I was very pleased with the condition of the lawn and the organized manner in which I received notification of scheduled lawn care and billings. Nice work. Would use again!

I have been pleased with my switch to Integra for my lawn fertilization and weed control. I see a significant improvement. I later added lawn mowing services. I highly recommend their services.

Integra was great, I started using them in October of last year, they are very prompt, they send emails each week letting you know when they are scheduled, and if they need to skip that week, you can request with a quick reply. They are punctual, get everything done very quickly, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My family recently moved to Texas from up North in Pennsylvania. Lawn care there is different and the frequency is different too. We were very unsure as to what kind of service we needed and how to take care of some of the responsibilities ourselves. The Integra lawn service representative that we spoke to took her time with talking about the difference between the ground in Texas and in Pennsylvania along with talking about critters and what to expect, how to keep my children safe and more. I am so happy that she took her time with me and that I know I can call anytime or contact by email and get an answer about any questions I have concerning our area and what choices I have to do things to the best of my ability through them and on my own. I started using Integra Lawns about a month ago because my dad has gotten older and has a few health issues so he's unable to maintain his yard like he wants to. Integra Lawns has been awesome they email and text you with updates and changes and appointments my dads yard has never looked better I definitely recommend them if you are looking for professional quality work.

Integra Lawns takes care of the lawn in all my properties when transitioning in between tenants. I wouldn't trust anybody else, I need the lawn to be taken care of in time and to look great.
I also trust this company with the care of my own residence's lawn. This company keeps me worry free and provides excellent customer service. Fully recommend them.

For the past several years, I have contracted Jeremy Guevara (owner) and his Integra lawn mowing service to do the mowing and edging at my home residence here in Fort Worth. I have been very satisfied with the results . And considering that rainy weather often throws a monkey wrench into the mix and screws up a scheduled mowing, Jeremy readily will do what he needs to do to make up for the missed mowing day. His commitment to his customers is admirable! Yes, for years I have been quite satisfied with Mr. Guevara and his dedicated workers as the dozens of glowing reviews he has received from me will attest to. I'm assuming that my positive reviews along with countless other positive reviews from other Integra Lawns customers are in Jeremy's office file cabinet.
