William and his team did a great job at my house. They replaced my existing electrical panel with a Span smart panel. All of the work was well done and they were very professional. Will be using them again in the future for other electrical needs.

Beyond satisfy!! Daniel and his crew showed up on time, had amazing communication. David helped us fixed a terrible job my previous SPAN installer did. David not only took great care of it but also showed me every steps along the way and educated me on how things work and what I need. Safety is his number one priority. And if you’re looking to install SPAN, please get an authorized installer. Or get EPX if you could. Don’t make the same mistake I made!

Had EPX come out to install my SPAN electrical panel as part of a Solar & Battery installation. I’m sure they could have handled that too but was already working a deal elsewhere for the Solar when the SPAN Corporate folks hooked me up with EPX. These guys are the best of the best. Super professional AND friendly. They know what they’re doing and “do things right.” They clean up after themselves (and sometimes after others too). Everything on time; as described/quoted within expectations. Did not get pushy with upselling add-on services. Even went the extra mile with basic drywall repairs leaving only minimal drywall work (mud, tape, paint to cover the new seams) for me. Just an overall ideal experience. 10/10 Would use again. Already planning future work for them.

I was really impressed with Electrical Panel Xperts, they were extremely professional, they put attention to details. The job was complete according to plan & and to my entire satisfaction. At the end Rudy walk me thru my new panel and teach me how to use the APP.

I have called them a couple of times for support and guidance as my solar & battery backup system will be installed it after the SPAN panel, they answered every time.

My experience with Electrical Panel Xperts was very positive.

I live in Austin and had at least 3 other companies come and refuse to do my project due to its complexity (merging two panels into a single one and use SPAN.io as the main panel). These folks have done an amazing and quality job to merge the two panels, and everyone was very professional, cleaned up after and during and the final job looks amazing. My Tesla charger is working great too and the same for all other connections. Today we just finished the final inspection! Many thanks to everyone, especially William! I’m a big fan of my amazing new SPAN panel too!

I recently hired William and the guys at Electrical Panel Xperts to install two new electrical panels, a home battery backup, and a home generator backup. These are all significant installs from both the difficulty standpoint and technical standpoint.

In short, they did a phenomenal job. They are extremely professional and performed quality work at a fair price. William came out quickly to provide an estimate. He used a digital platform that was very seamless to not only handle the estimate, but also invoicing and procurement of required materials.

William and team were awesome! We installed the SPAN panel and the newly released SPAN Drive, and they work like a charm. I never thought I would be so stoked to add these to the house, and the EPX team worked their tails off to complete the project. The team that came out were on time and got to work right away. Very friendly and went over all my questions. Repair work was quick and they cleaned up everything. They installed an outlet for our dishwasher and a EV plug for our car.

Had EPX Install a Franklin battery and SPAN last year and they were outstanding. Prompt, professional, fairly priced, understood my desire to not have a Tesla powerwall, and they even answered the phone IMMEDIATELY when I had a question later on! Have recommended them multiple times.

The most transparent pricing and quote process that I've ever seen. I wish they did more than just electrical work. We have a SPAN panel with a generator transfer switch. The installation was quick, professional, and well-done. Great communication and follow-up. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about a smart panel.

Team came out to install a SPAN panel and impressed me beyond words. Excellent communication, established clear expectations, worked diligently and effectively to complete the project in the given time.

They also made sure the right breakers were installed on the right runs for critical systems (I.e. AFCI for bathrooms and the kitchen runs near to water). Took the time to confirm our power and grounds were up to current compliance standards. (Which we did a few years ago after the meter box replaced because of arcing)

I’m so delighted to know that this is now in place, rather than a power breaker box older than me. Would highly recommend them for any electrical projects.

Willam and the EPX team as well as the teams with KPost did FANTASTIC Work on my Tesla Solar Roof, Powerwalls, and several projects inside ranging from Low Voltage pulls to a 30amp 240 additions for my in house servers. These guys were incredible! Every day ended with a clean-up leaving things consistently better than they started! Several of my neighbors commented that they loved just sitting out and watching the progress, that they’d not seen any teams so organized and professional. I don’t give praise lightly and I’m incredibly driven when it comes to my tech and electronics (and in proxy electrical provisioning). You absolutely, will NOT find better than these guys. If you get the chance to work with William, you will understand just what +2 service is (thats right, +1 white glove has nothing on these guys). William and team - thank you SOOOOO much for everything, you raised the bar so high that I’ll never be able to work with anyone else again! You have earned my every project and reference!

Bottom-line, I don’t care who else you’ve found or at what price, these guys are the best at any price and you are not rolling the dice with uncertainty - if they even provide you with half the experience I had you are going to be raving fans too!

These guys are awesome. To be honest I had not heard of the EPX team before I contacted SPAN to do a two panel installation in my home. But MAN I'm so glad SPAN chose these guys for me.

100% Pro all the way. William (the owner) walked me through the virtual preplan and told me what to expect and had a few options for me to squeeze just a little extra performance out of my setup.

They called ahead and setup a time. And guess what - they actually made all the times and appointments. The one time the crew ran into traffic they called ahead and gave me an updated ETA... (I really hate that I have to call that out as it should be table stakes this day and age... But it's not and these guys are on point about customer service)

In install day they were prompt, professional and maintained a clean job site. When they did have to go in and out I could see the team consciously trying not to make a mess. Pro doesn't mean vapid either... They're a lot of fun. I really enjoyed getting to know William and the team while they worked.

We made a few game time decisions with the setup that made the system work even better with the network gear I already had on premise and William's team not only got the installation done in half the time I expected but it was the cleanest installation I've ever seen in residential electrical. (I was an electricians apprentice between HS and College before I figured out I like computers as much as I do) the installation is IMPECCABLE.
