Extremely knowledgeable electricians. Dedicated electricians with high-tech panel installation experience/expertise, as well as solar/battery backup. They answered all of our questions, and helped modify the installation of our two SPAN panels once they got on site to better meet our energy control goals. They ran extra cat6 for my future solar/battery install. Fantastic crew, very clean and enjoyable to have in your personal space. All said and done, I can see why a company like SPAN utilizes them all over the state of Texas. Well done William and Crew.

Installed a SPAN smart breaker panel for us. Service was quick, professional and without issue. Went out of their way to make the experience positive. When the landscaper needed power and was about to go get his generator, provided a temporary outlet and saved them a couple of hours.

I first contacted William for a quote on having a Tesla Powerwall installed. William was very prompt and professional in scheduling a site visit and providing the quote. At that time we had decided not to proceed due to the cost of the Tesla system, and instead went with a cheaper system. That system turned out to be a mess that did not work with our solar panels. I reached out to William again and thankfully he and his team was able to install a EcoFlow Ocean battery system very quickly to resolve the issues. Would have saved a lot of time and pain if we had gone with EPX from the beginning.

William was very easy to work with. I was able to get a quote and set up an appointment very quickly and easily. I was hoping for an earlier appointment time and he was able to make it happen! He was very punctual and kept me notified of when he would arrive. He did a great job installing our Tesla charger. He installed it beautifully and made sure he didn’t leave until we were set up correctly. We’ve already recommended him to our neighbor and would continue to use him whenever needed!

I had William from EPX install a Span panel in my home to compliment my Freedom Solar and Tesla Power Walls and to provide whole home surge and lightening protection. His technicians put in a full day plus over time to make sure everything was properly working before they left. When the Span app stopped working as expected a week or so later, I sent a text to William and William personally put in a service request for me at Span. Sure enough, the app was functioning as expected very soon after I contacted him. I am very happy with EPX and William is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!!

EPX is our family’s trusted electrician, and the only company I trust to work on our Tesla Powerwalls, SPAN electrical panels, and Tesla Solar Shingle roof.

After an improper install by another company of two new SPAN 48 panels, we had serious issues that forced me to take four (of six) Powerwall's offline. EPX came in, identified the problems quickly in 2 hours, and fixed everything correctly.

I want to note that I’m choosing not to post photos of my home with this review (although I have posted photos in other reviews).

One example that really stood out: it took William about five minutes to get our Tesla Universal Wall Connector working with a Lucid Gravity. He simply pulled out his phone, updated the wall charger firmware, and it worked instantly. The Lucid technician had been on-site earlier, was very nice, but said it “wasn’t a Lucid issue” and left without a solution. William and EPX didn’t deflect — they solved the problem.

William also properly brought two new SPAN panels online, configured them correctly, and integrated them with our existing SPAN panel on the opposite end of the house near the pool equipment. Everything was completed in about two hours, and the entire system just worked.

After a required Powerwall update, everything was running perfectly — just in time for the January 24–26 freeze and storm. That timing mattered.

EPX delivers what you want from a true professional: knowledge, accountability, and results. I don’t trust others with systems this complex — EPX has earned that trust.

Fabulous quality work! Good communication. Reasonable prices. They replaced a ceiling fan/light, checked on a GFI outlet, and hooked up a sensor closet light. All less than an hour. Highly recommend!
