I hired Allen to repair water damage and was impressed by their knowledge and skills. From the first call to job completion, they did great work!  The water damage inspection was done quickly. They did a great job from my initial call to the finish!  The communication was excellent. Allen showed their commitment to customer satisfaction, making them a company I highly recommend for water damage!

I had a commode break and needed to have the water removed. I called and Allen said he would be here in 45 minutes. He was here in less than 30 minutes. Once I decided to use his company he had his crew here in 30 minutes. They were very professional in doing the job. I will definitely recommend this company.

Allen with City Wide was absolutely fantastic.

My issue was water damage.

He took the time to educate me about the extent of damage, repair needed, and educated how to address my insurance needs.

Met Friday at my home and immediately worked all weekend to take care of me and my highest financial asset, my home.

In addition, the next week, he went so far as to meet with insurance adjuster field guy himself as my father was ill and I was unavailable.

Then followed up, after work was complete, to see if I was totally pleased.

Yes, very pleased. 5 STARS INDEED!

This company is very professional, courteous staff. I had a water leak during the freeze in Houston and they came on time to remove the wet sheetrock, dried the whole place and dehumidified the place.

Javier was able to come on on short notice and make a carpet repair and did an amazing job. he's coming back to do a full cleaning next week.

I got my carpet cleaned recently by Steamcare and Jesus was so efficient and professional. My carpet looks brand new!! Will for sure use this company in tue future.

Eileen and her team of professionals did a great job of repair and remodeling of our home from water leak behind walls. I would recommend them for restoration and remodeling needs.

Just got off a call with the rude guy answering the screening all of their calls. He initially hung up in my face when I was asking if they serviced a particular area. I called again only to hear him laughing as he answered. Then I let him know I had two rooms in my home that had flooded out only for him to say, I’ll give you my cell phone number and you can text me the pictures. From the pictures, I will decided if I let the people at my company come out to service you. So I told him that if that’s how they did business, I wasn’t interested. I am giving this establishment 1 star because the person answering their calls lacked customer service skills, was rude, hangs up in people’s faces and is the final determining factor as to whether you will get their services based on how many flooded rooms you have.

Side note: he mentioned they typically like to do work if it’s half the house or more. So please don’t waist your time even calling this company if at least half your house isn’t damaged!

Also, If they try to apologize, I would never accept it with how horrible the customer service was.

Arrived on time and dressed very professional looking. They were very polite and spent the time needed to make carpet look new unlike others I have worked with before. Prices are very competitive and honest not a bait and switch tactic.

This company came to my house less than 48 hours ago and charge me $700 for equipment rental less than 30 hours after I received the equipment they showed up at my doorstep with the police department to get the equipment But these are thieves please do not do business with these people because they are nothing but thieves!

Steam Care Inc. made a very convoluted insurance claim process simple and straight forward. There were several instances where the insurance adjuster did not recognize some complicated details, and Steam care was able to navigate those transactions without any difficulty.

Thanks Steam Care Inc for coming out at 2:30 in the morning for a water damage leak in my tenant ceiling, I didn’t know who to call and I googled help with water damage in cypress texas and Steam care inc came up with good reviews. I called them they dealt with my insurance and got my tenant back in the house. Thank you .

I had a terrible experience with this company. My chairs were white when they came to clean them and yellow when they finished. I was told they would replace or reupholster them and still nothing has been done. In fact they still have one of my chairs in their posession (for a LONG time now). They picked it up to "correct " the work and never returned it. I would NEVER recommend steam care unless you don't care about your furniture and enjoy empty promises to make it right.

A great team to work with and they make sure you are satisfied with the work being done I will be glad to refer them to anybody that needs any water damage services. We greatly appreciate your help and services during the stressful situation on top of dealing with the insurance claim process.

We had our tile cleaned and sealed today by Steam Care. With 2 kids and 3 dogs we needed it. Steam Care was fast and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need your floors cleaned, tile or carpet!

I used Josie when I had to have my rental house cleaned before move-out. She went above and beyond and didn’t nickel and dime me like I’ve come to expect from other companies.
