If you've hired those"bargain" cleaning companies, you really should call Citywide! Citywide has removed large stains that i thought were impossible! I can't begin to fully explain the quality of their work!! Absolutely THE BEST!!!

I used city wide restoration back in 2018 for a busted froze d pipe. The work quality overall was good but the communication was horrible. They would never call me back and didn't take any pictures for my insurance and because of that I went through hell trying to get my insurance to cover.

These guys did an awesome job from start to finish with getting our home restored from a water damage. We had a huge fish tank that flooded the entire lower level our home. Water went everywhere. I was amazed at how far water traveled through the house. The citywide crew took care of everything. They made dealing with the insurance company easy. I would use them again.

We had a toilet overflow upstairs for hours and do massive damage downstairs. Our homeowner's insurance sent a different water remediation company out who did a TERRIBLE job. As in they let mold grow behind cabinets in a house with a 7 month old and a 4 year old with asthma.

Citywide came in about a week later and fixed everything up for us. They packed up our stuff, kept everything super clean, and made sure everything was done correctly. They did an amazing job, but more importantly they actually cared about our family. Brice and his crew took the time to talk to and play with our kiddos and explain to us everything they were doing. I walked in one day to hear Brice explaining to our 9 year old all about mold, how they were going to fix it, and why. I have no words to describe how much we LOVE these guys and how grateful we are to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I returned home late on a Sunday evening to find an upstairs water pipe had ruptured and had caused extensive damage to both the second level, ceilings and ground level of our home. I called Citywide and within 30 minutes Alan and his crew were at my door. They worked tirelessly until 2:30 am and then returned early on Monday morning to begin an extensive effort over the next several days to limit any further damage caused by the initial water saturation. His crew was thorough, hard working and courteous throughout the entire process. I am particularly grateful that they arrived on a Sunday evening and stayed until they had removed all of the water which minimized the potential extent of the damage. Great products, professional service, and amazing staff! They actually ask for you to walk through everything before and after cleaning to make sure any problem areas are addressed. I have used them to remove some pet stains (presents from my two large dogs) and they were able to remove them with ease. Plus, the citrus boost smells AMAZING!

I like this company. It’s locally owned and you usually speak with the owner. Solid, careful crew doing a nice job. The cleaned several rooms and stairs, then removed a large area rug for professional cleaning at their shop. My regular carpet service company.

Alan and his team were such a pleasure to work with. My tile cleaning was a little tough, and hard to do, but they did not quit. They made sure to get the right products an try different things to get my stubborn tile cleaned. And now, I can literally eat off of it. I will definitely reccommend citywide restoration to anyone. Thanks for the great job cleaning off the grime on new house tile and sealing all the grout. It’s the second house you have done this on for me and your crew really took their time working way longer than I expected. My daughter and son in law were impressed both times. Moving in and not having to be concerned about stains and water issues on the bathrooms and kitchen is a great plus.

We recently had a water pipe burst between the walls in our kitchen. After the plumbers fixed the leak they referred us to Citywide Restoration. Alan the owner came out the very same day and immediately started with the clean up process. From the owner to the technicians they sent out everyone was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Alan and his crew.They responded to our call immediately and started water damage restoration that day. They did a wonderful job of protecting my floors and furniture. I'd like to express my thankfulness to Blake for coming out after hours to help me with our breaker problems. He had the fans up and running in no time.

Allen and his crew are incredibly professional and knowledgable. I was given updates during the process and they were always punctual. Allen came out quickly once we called for help (our tub drain had busted and water was leaking into our bathroom). He came out quickly when our adjuster announced he would be here 45 minutes early and he walked the adjuster through what happened and they work they did to prevent further damage from the water. Allen also made it a point to follow behind his guys to make sure everything was done correctly and that ther work was of high quality. All in all I am super satisfied with the service, the crew, and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

By far, the most amazing carpet cleaning I’ve ever seen. We moved into our house four years ago and the carpets now look like the day we moved in. Jimmy and Jeff were very knowledgeable and explained the benefits from the process. Do not call anyone else to have your carpets cleaned, call Citywide Restoration.

If you want it done right, call these guys first. Carpet cleaning companies are not all the same. I called Citywide to clean my carpets (I have both standard pile carpets and high maintenance wool carpets) because they were able to totally clean up some stain issues that I had to deal with in the past. Like the previous service calls, Alan and his crew were extremely thorough – their complete knowledge of carpets and how to adjust their cleaning process to the different carpet types is amazing. Most cleaning service folks do not have this level of experience or passion for what they do. I always learn something new about my carpets and what to do/what not to do with them each time- something I really appreciate. These carpets look like new-any traffic areas on the carpets are now gone. Will continue to use Citywide again in the future for my carpet care.

Our home experienced water damage from a defected hot water tank. When we initially contacted Citywide Restoration, they made themselves available to us the same day. Allen and his team did an excellent job with water damage clean-up and drying. He also advised us throughout the entire restoration process of our home. Additionally, Allen made himself available and provided advise to us whenever issues arose with insurance adjuster and/or restoration builder. I highly recommend this company
