Constraction reviews in Cypress, Texas

It was a Sunday night when I realized there was leaking in the house caused by a plumbing issue in the attic and I called everywhere and nobody would help and wouldn’t the soonest they could come was Monday. I even had some agree then ghost me after saying they can’t make it anymore. It was almost 9pm when I finally called Rock Creek Handyman. I was so relieved and happy when he told me he would have somebody on the way soon and and sure enough they came out and repaired everything and stopped the leaking from plumbing issues and worked past midnight till the job was done. There was no games or messing around like some company’s who need to schedule you way in advance etc. Philip and his company are people you can trust and know they will get the job done and prioritize getting it done right everything.

Hoping this review finally goes through...

Philip and his team are nothing short of amazing. I just bought my first house and have needed a few things done to make it my own. I have had so many issues with other "handymen" or "contractors" to get the simplest things done and it has been an absolute nightmare.

Philip will actually answer the phone, show up ON TIME, give you an itemized, detailed and accurate estimate... and most importantly GET THE JOB DONE. He and his team take pride in their work and actually honor their promise to do what it takes to make their client's happy.

These are the guys to go to.

Excellent communication and follow-up by the owner of the company. Jeffrey was personable and did an excellent job installing a coax and ethernet line with new jacks. The pricing was competitive for a variety of projects. I would not hesitate to contact them for more work.

Phillip did outstanding work for a very fair price for us this morning! He hung 2 ceiling fans, replaced a light fixture in our attic, repaired curtain rods and a clothes hanger rod in our closet. He arrived right on time, was very friendly & upbeat and even hauled away the old ceiling fans knowing they would be difficult for us to fit in our trash!
Great guy, outstanding service and I highly recommend him for any of your home improvement needs!

Philip and his team were great! They did a great job with our fence. Philip came to provide the estimate the same day we called and he was able to schedule us the next day. We are glad we found Rock Creek Handyman!

Philip was very personable and helpful during our initial quote. When his team came out they were prepared, did a great job, and even requested feedback to see if there was anything they could do to improve my experience or the work that they have done. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Cameron with Rock Creek Contractors was quick to come by and sent a formal quote. Adjusted the quote in minutes when needed. Sent all this contact info professionally. Payment was quick and easy. The crews drywall repair work was excellent, and they were on time and kept the work area clean for a dusty project. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Very happy with the work done on my home. Since we have been getting ready to list our house, there were so many small and big things around the house that needed to be fixed or updated and they came in and did it all within time to list the house. They were very communicative and anytime I had any comments on the work for adjustments, etc. they immediately went and fixed it how I wanted it to look. We will definitely use them again for any handyman needs and recommend them!

I would like to Thank Rock Creek Handyman for their excellent service. The crew did an amazing job on my home. The estimate given for the work we requested was very reasonable. The crew was here everyday on time like clockwork! We had interior ceiling repairs from a previous tree limb falling thru the roof, new hardi board exterior, interior & exterior paint, beautifully caulked my entire house, power washed everything & added a quick connection for our generator (life saver during the most recent power outage 🌀). His crew is very polite, knowledgeable & experts with a paint brush & drywall. They protected my home with all the prep work & completed the job ahead of schedule. My husband & myself are very happy with our upgrades & highly recommend Philip Blue & his Rock Creek Handyman crew. Mr. Blue is a great person with a huge heart, he goes above & beyond for his clients & is a very trustworthy person. Rock Creek Handyman will definitely always get our recommendations! Thank you RCH!!

I recently enlisted the services of Rock Creek Handyman to tackle a variety of tasks around my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, their professionalism and expertise shone through.

First and foremost, communication with Rockcreek Handyman was seamless. They were prompt in responding to my inquiries and scheduling a convenient time for the work to be done. Their team arrived punctually and was courteous throughout the entire process.

Moreover, I was impressed by their attention to detail. They didn't just complete the tasks; they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to perfection. Their dedication to delivering high-quality results was evident in every aspect of their work.

Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Rock Creek Handyman to anyone in need of reliable and skilled handyman services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them stand out in their field. I am grateful for the exceptional job they did and will not hesitate to enlist their services again in the future.

We are so appreciative of Philip and his crew and are 100% satisfied with the work they completed in our 1/2 bathroom. Philip communicated with us every step of the way. He is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, dependable and takes pride in every project he takes on- In addition, these are the same qualities he demands from each of his crew members, and I feel that is why he has been able to set the bar so high.

We are excited for them to tackle our next project which will be a master bath remodel. Look forward to working with RC Handyman services on every project from here on out.

Thanks again!!!

Fantastic service, once again ! Phillip and Cameron were great at coordinating the estimate and the scheduling of the work. The crew arrived exactly on time and got to work right away. The project turned out to be a bigger job than what was planned, but the crew worked diligently, until it was completed. After completing the job, the crew cleaned up and left the house, just as it was before they arrived. Another very well deserved 5 Stars for Rock Creek Handyman ! Thanks, John H.

Before I get into the review itself, it’s worth noting that Philip is the real deal. When we initially got in contact, it was almost an entire year later before we actually got started on the work (due in part because life on our side got hectic and we had to postpone). But here is where Philip sets himself apart from MOST. We picked the conversation back up almost a year later as if it had never stopped; and that in itself speaks volumes. He never questioned and never gave up. He truly understands life for what it is; organized chaos. He not only is transparent from the get go but very responsive and thorough in his scoping of the work, and keeps you abreast of changes, if any, that arise. He is constantly verifying that the work is up to or exceeding your expectations throughout the course of the job. This is one of the most professional encounters I have had, and truly was easy to work with. And at the end of the day, he’s a dedicated family man and an all around great personality to be around.

I hired Rock Creek Contracting to redo my patio, and they did an incredible job. What was supposed to be a simple project turned into a much bigger challenge when they discovered a 6-inch-thick slab of concrete that needed to be removed. Where other contractors might have panicked or tried to cut corners, Philip and his team handled it like pros.

They tackled the concrete removal and demolition efficiently, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. The final result looks fantastic, and you’d never know how much work went into getting it there.

If you need a contractor who knows how to problem-solve and deliver quality work, I highly recommend Rock Creek Contracting. They’re professional, reliable, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

I can’t say it enough. Philip and his team are top notch, and it was a pleasure to get to see them work their craft in real time. Contact them, you won’t regret it.

Extremely satisfied and pleased with all of the work Philip and his crew have done! We recently hired Philip and his team to handle a variety of tasks around our bosses home and we couldn’t be anymore impressed! Philip’s customer service is TOP KNOTCH, his communication through out each and every project has been great, his attention to detail, dependability and responsiveness are stellar! I would HIGHLY recommend Philip and his team for any type of work needed around your home!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rock Creek Contracting, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. From start to finish, the team exceeded my expectations. They were responsive, attentive to my needs, and completed the project on time and within budget. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and exceptional customer service so seamlessly. I highly recommend Rock Creek Contracting to anyone looking for a dependable contractor. I will definitely be using them again for future projects

Rock Creek Contracting – Exceptional Handyman Work!

I recently hired Rock Creek Contracting for some handyman work on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They tackled every task with precision, ensuring the work was done to the highest standard.

Communication was excellent throughout the process—they listened to my needs, provided expert advice, and completed everything on time. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and my home looks better than ever! If you’re looking for reliable, skilled professionals, I highly recommend Rock Creek Contracting. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

Phillip and his team worked wonders on our laundry room wall, rectifying the issues the previous handyman claimed to handle routinely. Rock Creek Handyman Service saved the day, ensuring the wall was fixed correctly on the first attempt. We were equally impressed with their work on the floating shelves, solidifying our decision to rely exclusively on Rock Creek Handyman Service.

Vicente with Rock Creek Handyman did a great job restoring my 30 year old tile floor with leveling it and matching the grout perfectly. Great attention to detail. I am very pleased with his work

I reached out to Rock Creek Handyman because I wanted my window trims painted black in my high ceiling living room and they did a great job. Philip and his crew communicated well and always kept me in the loop, and I am happy with the results! It was worth the money for sure and we will be reaching out to them for other projects in the future.

This company is Awesome!

I recently reached out to them to get a security camera and 3 sets of automatic blinds installed. It might sound easy, but it was not. The windows that needed the blinds were about 15 feet in the air under a curved staircase.

I reached out to this company and spoke with the Owner Philip. What I appreciated most about this was that they did not just accept the job and try to figure it out when they arrived. Based on previous experience, that is how bad things happen. I have had issues in the past with other companies accepting work they cannot handle and then it becomes a mess.

Philip asked for a few photos of where I needed them installed and before even accepting the job he came up with a plan on how they would accomplish this.

This was much appreciated. The last thing anyone needs is someone just showing up unprepared and either doing a bad job or attempting one they can’t finish.

He was very flexible with scheduling, and set expectations which was also much appreciated.

His crew showed up on time and prepared. They did a great job and even cleaned up after.

This company will be my first call anytime I need work done at my house.

Philip was very responsive, prompt, considerate and careful. I had him mount 2 asymmetrical mirrors in addition to a dresser/nightstand set; both projects were challenging but turned out beautifully. Grateful to have met such a genuine handyman who truly cared about the outcome and took pride in his output. Highly recommend — will be using him again (probably more than he’d like 😂)
