By far the best experience I have had with an electrical service company. Every phone call, beginning with the estimate to work completion was not only professional but also friendly. The work was professionally performed with electricians in uniforms and marked trucks as well. The job was completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. I highly recommend Unity Services to anyone in Houston searching for a friendly and professional electrician!

Ray was our technician today and he was very personable, respectful and very well informed. He made me, as a female, feel comfortable while inspecting our electrical box.

From the person who’s taking the appointment calls Andrea she’s absolutely wonderful. Very attentive to my questions and concerns. Book my appointment and sent a technician to my home. Install several new switches That needed replacement and ceiling fans.

First the communication was incredible. 2 seconds after I got off the phone with them I received a text and an email stating when the technician Joe would be arriving. Within 20 minutes he showed up with all the essential tools, assessed the problem, quoted me a fair price and had me going shortly thereafter. We did have to wait a couple of hours on CenterPoint but he stayed there until they finally showed up to make sure everything was good and then explained the repair to CenterPoint. They were there about 2 minutes and were satisfied with the repair. Great job by all and would definitely use Unity Services and Joe Blanco again. Thank you.

Joe did an outstanding job for our family on several electrical scopes. He showed up on time was professional and even offered suggestions for other areas that we could improve the electrical infrastructure of our house. Joe stayed late to finish the job and went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot another item that came up during his visit unrelated to his work. We have saved Joe’s number on speed dial and will be reaching out to him and Unity services many more times in the future. We could not recommend Joe and his team more!

I prefer using neighborhood companies over big names like "John Moore" and this is exactly why. They answered their phone, no machine. Scheduling was a breeze and quick. They came over gave me a quote for two vent installations and installed the next day at 7:30 am and was on time. And on the first first knocked out the 4 repairs we needed on switches and outlets and kept that under the initial fee. The electricians was extremely friendly and quick. Showed me mom every courtesy and worked around our schedule. The office personal was just as friendly and quick. Will be recommending them to everyone I know. And the price was AMAZING. They beat out two other companies that were the larger brands.

Great customer service from the moment I made the request for repair to the completion of repair. Great communication. William arrived on schedule, asked questions to fully understand the issue we were having, replaced breaker, and then showed and explained to me what he did. Will definitely use this company for any future electrical issues.

I called to have someone install an outlet in our attic. William Sanchez did a great job! He was efficient, safe, and effective. Plus he was very kind and respectful to me, my wife and my children. For the outlet installation, the project cost $250, which I thought was reasonable. I would call them again should I need electric services again!

William was great! He was originally scheduled to inspect a panel (recall from the home builder) and explained the additional services they provide. I was able to show him a light fixture we needed installed and he took care of it! Great attention to detail and customer service—will use again for future projects!

Unity Services and their team are awesome! We're installing an outdoor kitchen and needed some quality electrical work done for the project (new outlets, outdoor lighting, and more). From the moment I contacted Unity Services and spoke with Trinity, I knew I had called the right company. She was so warm and pleasant answering my questions. Trinity is a breath of fresh air in a world of mediocre customer service . She is a people-person and cares about customer satisfaction. I even asked her for her manager or the owner’s name and cell number so I could let him/her know what a valuable asset she is to the company.

I scheduled a time for a technician and was informed that the day of was possible with a window of time given. I was given updates throughout.

Ray arrived at the scheduled time. He was polite and went right to work with the greatest of ease and confidence. He finished the work promptly and was on his way .

I promptly called the owners Joe and Andrea and told them how blessed they were to have Trinity and Ray representing Unity Services. I plan to call them again when need be.

Unity Services came to our home on Saturday after I searched for someone for many hours. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and provided great customer service. He helped us with the electrical pool panel which saved us from hours and $$$ to clean a pool after the equipment failed. Unity Services is near our northwest Houston home. I would highly recommend unity Services for all your electrical service needs. 5 stars or more.

Unity Electrical Services is the company I chose for servicing my Generac Generator. I chose a 3-year contract term as it includes a free battery during the service period at a very reasonable contract price. The technician (Enrique #29) was very skilled and took the time to walk me through all the things for me to keep my eye on between service visits.

After the maintenance visit, I received a detailed report listing each step of the work completed along with photos taken as a record of that work. The electrician Yahir was fantastic as well. He was very thorough in his work and even left things cleaner than they were when he got there. He guided me through connecting my portable generator and took me through different testing scenarios to ensure that it was whole home ready. Because of that testing, I am confident that I can power my entire home successfully during an outage with my portable generator.
