Bliss is my go to carpet clean. Excellent service as always.

Tried calling for a price quote and the lady that answered was rude. I was trying to clarify the price and her response to my questions was so rude I didn’t even want to book services

They don’t charge what their ads and promotions says. They’ll tell you they’d charge you $75 for 3 rooms but they charge by square ft. They’ll also leave it wet and won’t dry for 4 days. Not recommend it.

We are repeat customers. Joanna always did a thorough cleaning of our carpets.

Awful!! 24 hours later my carpet is still wet and dirty. I don’t know what was used but the carpet feels brittle and has the worst old perfume like Oder.

They did a fantastic job on our carpets. Joanna was very friendly and professional. They were also very affordable!

On time, honest recommendations, great sales special and again They Were On Time. With the high rates of Covid-19 it's extremely important to our family to keep our home clean. We appreciate the team wearing mask and working in a timely fashion to do an awesome job.

I have had 24 hours with the carpet and it's still wet, I told them at a certain time to be here but they didn't arrive at the time we discussed would be good, overall the service was terrible it looks like they didn't even clean the carpet.

The owner and worker displayed excellent customer service. But the job was not great and my stairs are still wet after 24 hours and I never been charged so much. My family and friends and chuch members are surprised because we all use this company never again

Horrible!!! I called them yesterday for a bid and scheduled the appointment for this morning and they’ve been unresponsive! I told them I needed this carpet cleaned for today and they promised to be there and be done by 10am. I’ve called, texted and nothing!!! Very very unreliable!!!!! Now I’m in a bind attempting to get a new carpet company out. How unprofessional can they be??

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. They over watered our carpets and overcharged. Another company told us our carpets almost had to be replaced it was done so terrible. Another company had to come out to do same chemicals they would use for a flood and Bliss refuses to reimburse. Owner kept raising her voice and was terrible dealing with us. Do not use them!!!!

Saw a sign in the neighborhood which said Carpet Cleaning 5 rooms $99.. Affordable!!! Well like most people , I almost ignore the sign because I have been burned before. Anyway, I took a chance and called.i had to leave a message which I did. I received a call back within 10 mins. Ms. Joanna was so nice and very professional. I scheduled an appointment . I received a window 10am-12 noon. I then received a confirmation call and text. Wow! I said to myself. Now, it’s my appointment day. They texted me an ETA. They were on time. Ms. Joanna came inside and gave me her honest professional opinion, Her staff was professional and very polite. Well , remember when I said my carpets were dead.... Not anymore due to BLISS CARPET CLEANING!!!!

I would not recommend this company, they did a friend of mines carpet with dirty water and left such an excess of water that it left a mildew smell. A representative came out and tried to mask the smell and even telling her to purchase an odor spray… it’s been nearly 2 weeks and it still smells like mold 🤮.

After multiple attempts of asking them to comeback out the owner refused to do so as she stated she would in the event the odor did not go away.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their health, as their practices are unsanitary and if not handled properly may lead to black mold forming… at the cost of the health of those whom you love.

Absolutely amazing service and people! I couldn't be happier. I had them come in and clean a room that I used to keep my two dogs kennels in as well as our cat's litter box. The carpet was extremely disgusting, I wish I had a before picture to show how gross it was. After they came in and cleaned it, it seriously looked like new carpet was put in. They did an AMAZING job, and were extremely professional and friendly. I recommend them highly!!

I have light colored carpet and I must say that Bliss Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job! The cleaning chemicals they used made my carpet look brand new! The owner and staff are very friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling them again!

I used this company because she bragged about how good they could do , unfortunately I am very unhappy … 5 hours later my carpet is still wet , it is dirty in the same spots ! I have to pay another company to clean my carpet , the right way for a even cheaper price ! My carpet is brand new 5 months in , the only thing I asked for was to get the walkway cleaned and it is still dirty . I have a 10 month old grandson that crawls around & I am scared to even put him on the floor until it gets cleaned by someone else. So I advise you do not use this company , she would sell you a good game , how good a job she’s going to do , however my carpet looks the exact same ! After I told her about my experience she tells me “ it takes 24hrs for it to dry” on a basic carpet clean ?!?!? 😕

I'm late writing my review, but I do not want to wait another day to brag about Team Bliss and the wonderful job they did cleaning my carpet and tiles. They are very personable and flexible. I was able to witness the grit & grime on my tiles disappear before my eyes. There was even an age long stain on the carpet in my kids room that we couldn't figure out what it was but it came right up. She has a magic potion in that machine, LOL! I called my landlord on the spot and told her she needed to use her services moving forward. Thanks Team Bliss...I will be using you again in the future!!
