My technician was David S. and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time thoroughly explaining the treatment and answering my questions regarding my carpet and padding underneath that needed cleaning from the cat odor. The carpet was left spotless and smelled fresh again and cost was very reasonable.

Dylan did an amazing job! He cleaned my kids’ room and was able to remove some really challenging spots from the carpet that I didn’t think would ever come out. He also tackled the staircase and made it look fresh and new again. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. We needed to rescue a luxury recliner we purchased second hand after we failed to clean it with at home equipment.
Called up Steam Master and Dylan G. showed up to help us. He was very professional and communicated exactly what was needed to save our recliner. He was able to make it look 100x better!

Ruben did an awesome job cleaning our carpets! Super friendly, showed up on time, and got right to work. He managed to get out some stains I thought were permanent, and now the whole place looks (and smells) so much better.
Really appreciated how easy the whole process was — no hassle at all. You can tell he cares about doing a great job. Definitely recommend if you need your carpets cleaned!

Bryan Melgar did an AMAZING job on my L-Shape couch. It needed a big deep cleaning and he removed 7 years worth of stains. My couch looks brand new! He was very knowledgeable, asked questions and answered ours, very friendly and a true professional. He even wore booties over his shoes before entering our apartment without us asking. After he was done, he cleaned up everything perfectly. Highly recommend Bryan for your cleaning needs! Great company!

Ruben showed up to give us a quote. It seemed a little high but his manager called and negotiated a fair price with us. Ruben was able to complete the job on the same day and did a great job removing stains and odors from our rental unit.

Bryan and Payton came over and provided us all our options and was able to complete the service the same day! They did amazing and answered our questions thank you again for making our new home look great!!! Highly recommend

This is a delayed review, but I had to make sure I did this! Dylan came out and gave me a free estimate of services, and worked very quickly to get my carpet cleaned before my furniture was delivered. By the time it was done, it looked brand new! I even got a tip of what to use if my dog has any accidents on the carpet. Great service, very professional, and I will most definitely be using Steam Master again!

Matthew and Rudy were absolutely fantastic and went well above what would be considered average work.

The house we called them out to was abandoned for three months and critters had themselves a death match. The floors were atrocious beyond description and they had them back to near brand new in just over six hours of work.

These gentlemen are extremely hard working and professional. Very courteous and kind while explaining each need and problem area in detail. Highly recommended. Wonderful folks who were able to save a carpet I thought was a total loss.

I have used many different companies for my carpets through multiple moves and can't stress enough how great these guys are. Just had Dylan from the Spring/Cypress location service my in-laws house and from quote to completion he has been above and beyond. Amazing dedication to the job and even better customer service.

Highly recommend steam master cleaning. Dylan arrived on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide a very reasonable quote and made appropriate recommendations based on our needs. Throughout the cleaning, he showed me before and afters so I was able to see the drastic difference in our couch, which now looks practically brand new.
