The cleaning was sufficient for what I paid for. Slightly unprofessional, in that the individual arrived about 15 mins late, each time he left the house to run to his car, the front door was left opened. His customer service was excellent though. Very kind and respectful. The invoice was submitted incorrectly (charging me more than what was quoted). When I brought this to his attention, he promptly corrected it. After cleaner left premise, I received a call from his manager 1 hour later stating that the payment must be paid immediately, as the cleaner cannot move to future houses before current payment is paid. This wasn’t a problem, however communication would have been great regarding this, as it’s not convenient to drop everything and make a payment in the moment when you’re at work.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The technician who cleaned my carpet was incredibly nice, friendly, and genuinely compassionate. We recently lost our dog, and he was so empathetic and supportive throughout the entire process. He took his time, literally scrubbing and making sure our carpet was thoroughly cleaned.

He was very accommodating, professional, and made everything so easy during a really tough week for us. The service was quick, affordable, and the results were amazing.

I have zero complaints and would absolutely hire this company again. I highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning—especially if you need someone patient, kind, and detail-oriented. I’m truly grateful for the care and effort he put into our home.

Marvin is professional and personable. He explained what he could do and address problems areas on wool rugs and carpet. I was quite impressed as I was the previous time he came for the same services several years ago. I highly recommend this company and especially Marvin.

Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Cypress provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team was extremely friendly and professional, arriving on time and making the whole process convenient. They worked efficiently and left my carpets looking fresh, and the price was very affordable for the quality of service. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and the easy scheduling. Excited to return here again for my next carpet cleaning. They did area rugs, carpet, and couches.

As for the cleaning results, I wasn’t 100% satisfied — perhaps it was the solution used, but I didn’t notice a major difference in two of the rooms. Still, I appreciate the effort and the service overall. Thank you!

Bryan Moore was a delight to work with. Professional, courteous, competent, kind, and knowledgeable! He helped me throughout the process of what to expect with rug cleaning and never made me feel rushed. He listened to my questions and treated me with respect. Based on the great reviews, I called to have a dryer line cleaned. However when the cleaners showed up, they were actually from some other company entirely!

They tried taking advantage of us by lying to us about other work that needed to be done (all proved false with second opinion).

Apparently, we were subcontracted out to some other terrible company without notice to us. Extremely unprofessional.

Will never use you guys again. People need to be aware that you subcontract and sell customer’s information without their permission!

when i called about our air duct not functioning as it should, logan (the proprietor) was quick to respond. he made it to our place in cypress the following day and swiftly identified and resolved the issue with our vent! he's a grounded professional who takes great pride in his air duct cleaning work! i would certainly endorse his services without hesitation!

eli and his coworker showed up right on time. they discovered that a bird had pushed the old duct protector into the vent. eli even leaned out of a second-floor window to take care of the problem and fix everything. they also cleaned out my dryer vent while they were here. both of them were very professional and friendly. really dependable air duct cleaning service!
