One of the worst contractor contractor I have ever come across. The technician name was Johnny: he came to my house in dirty shoes. He did not have any booties and he won't take out his shoes. Besides that he told me that I have to remove all the furniture by myself. He never told me all thes things before. Please stay away from them. Vik

I'm very impressed with Missle Carpet Cleaning. I used them for maid services and Adraiana was amazing. She was so professional and knew how to make my house look amazing. I have used other cleaning services over the years but none of them were quite as impressive as these guys. I'm so thankful that I found them. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Missile Carpet Cleaning did an amazing upholstery cleaning for me. I was sure that I was going to have to replace my couch. Thankfully Johnny came right out and took care of the whole thing. I couldn't believe it. He managed to get up every single stain and leave my sofa and two chairs looking like brand new. This company is the best! You have to try them.

They did such a good job with the steam cleaning of my carpet. They were even able to get out some difficult stains I had! The technician was very friendly and their prices are reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and will be using them again in the future.

We just got a new puppy and unfortunately it's taken a toll on our carpet. I wanted to get it deep cleaned so I reached out to Missle Carpet Cleaning. They were quickly able to make me an appointment and the technician who showed up was no nice. He really worked on my carpets until all the stains were up. I couldn't believe how clean my floors looked and smelled. This is without a doubt the best carpet cleaning company that I have ever used. I truly enjoyed having them in my home and my carpets have never looked better. Highly recommended. Will use again.

I was moving out of my apartment and needed someone to come in and do a carpet cleaning in hopes of getting my deposit back. Missile Carpet Cleaning did a great job for me. They were fast and very cost effective. They were able to get all of the stains out and the carpet pretty much looked brand new when they were done. I did end up getting my deposit back so I would definitely call this a win. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

Wallace did a fantastic carpet cleaning for me. The work they did was just excellent. I have been living in this house for years and I don't think I've ever seen the carpets look this good. We also had him do an upholstery cleaning while he was here and that turned out beautifully. I am so happy to recommend these guys. I will be using them as often as I can.

I'm giving two stars only because of the workers that completed the work at my house (driveway pressure washing). As I scheduled this service through our home warranty, I wasn't sure on expectations or general workmanship to be completed, or length of time, for service.

The workers showed up professionally asking what I was looking for and begin working. After a little less than an hour they had their boss, Johnny, on the phone who was being pretty demeaning and rude, borderline insulting, over service that had been requested stating, you used your home warranty you get the minimum. At that point, tired of being spoken over and unable to complete a sentence, I decided to pay the remainder so the driveway could be finished and I could toss the workers a tip for the work they did, not the company.

I will never recommend this Company to anyone just based on the attitude and demeanor of "Johnny."

Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by this company. Despite the technician's purported 12 years of experience, his approach to the task was notably lacking in professionalism and attention to detail. Not only did he enter our premises with visibly dirty shoes, a complaint echoed in other 1-star reviews, but his cleaning technique left much to be desired. Insufficient application of cleaning product resulted in numerous untouched areas on our sofas, leaving approximately 70% of the surface still soiled. This lack of thoroughness and care is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to seek out a company with a better track record and more recent positive reviews to avoid similar disappointment.

Jadon and his crew did a wonderful job, washing all our exterior windows. He was very detailed oriented, was thorough and cleaned up afterwards. We think what he provided was of good value and recommend him highly. We will use him again.
