Steam Commander came out and provided a quote to clean our stairs after a pet accident. They advised to include the pet enzyme cleaner and got right to work after we agreed to the quote. They did a great job and left our stairs clean and smelling fresh! I recommend them for carpet cleaning service.

Steam commander is the only company that I trust to clean my white, linen blend, Crypton fabric, couch and ottoman. This was my third cleaning with steam commander. I get my couch cleaned every new year. Their pricing is reasonable, they’re professional, knowledgeable, and a great small Christian company. Trent came out this time and went above and beyond to make sure my couch was perfect. He and his partner were very respectful, kind, and professional. They spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service from Kaylee at Steam Commander. Was scheduled quickly for a sofa clean & tile floor steam cost eval. I went ahead on the day with the sofa cleaning which the guys did quickly and efficiently. I would have loved my sofa to come up cleaner than it did but with light coloured fabric I know it’s always uncertain. I’d like to think they did their best by me though so would definitely use again. Really good to deal with.

We use Steam Commander about once every year or so. They are always so nice and treat us like family. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing to deep clean any type of stone flooring, area rugs, carpet and furniture.

Spilled a can of gray primer on the carpet, so much that it was impossible to get up. The Steam Commander team assessed the issue and took carpet from a closet to create a patch. We were thoroughly impressed by the results. As foot traffic has gone over the spot the last few months, we can't tell the difference between the old and new carpet. We would happily recommend Steam Commander to anyone.

I had Trent and River out to do my entire house, tile/grout and carpet. They came for the estimate and were able to do the entire house that same day. The young men were very polite and professional. And since I was by myself with a baby they helped move some of my things around. They even came back out for some touch ups.

Steam Commander was referred to us by our Realtor, Amy Lippincott and we couldn't have been happier!! Their prices were great & their staff was clean cut, polite and professional & talked us through the process before they got started.

Their equipment is truck mounted and quiet, the techs wore booties and made sure they looked after our wood floors while they were working on the couches. The carpets (and couches) are SUPER clean and smell great (we are a 2 dog family and we know our friends were just being polite when they said our house didn't smell like dog- now we KNOW it doesn't smell.) . They even gave us instructions on how long things will take to dry and asked if we needed anything else before leaving.

This is my first ever review and it's because Steam Commander was great and we will be referring them as well as using them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing service! Owner responds back same day and even within minutes. Steam Commander's came out and walked the entire facility with us and showed us exactly what they are going to do and what the outcome would be. I would recommend them to anyone needing and sort of tile and carpet cleaning! I will be using them in future on a monthly rotation!

I had the cushions on my back patio furniture steam cleaned. They were very dusty because the patio faces the north and so when the wind blows, everything lands on my patio. Now my cushions look fresh and almost new again. I'm very pleased with the work that was completed. The (2) young men who cleaned my cushions were very professional and friendly as well. I would use this company again with no hesitation.

Steam Commander just finished three bedrooms of carpet. All 3 now look amazing! The carpet showed marks of dogs and grandchildren. You wouldn’t know it now. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!!😎

Steam commander did a fabulous job at my in-laws! Upstairs carpet we thought was beyond saving feels and smells brand new. Several senior cats have come and gone, so it was kinda gross up there, but they did great!! Highly recommend their services.

This is by far the WORST carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. Not to mention the MOST expensive! They charged me close to $1,000 to do what I could have done better with my home carpet cleaner! I had them come back the next day because they have a satisfaction guarantee and the tech argued with me that he did do a good job and didn’t want to honor the re-clean. It was just an overall bad experience and I ended up having to pay again to have another company come out. I would avoid this company at all cost.
*** Update*** The manager called me to see how we could make my experience right and we were able to come up with a fair solution for us both. I appreciate them being willing to refund part of the money that I spent.

The process was easy, the guys that came out were super nice and informative, did a great job and worked with me on my concerns.

I didn’t take before pics but the grout looks as good as when I moved in. I have 2 dogs so the light grout has become really discolored. They were even able to clean rust off the tile from my dogs kennel!
